Brother is not customer friendly. They don't post customer service numbers for easily reaching them. They post they have no interest in updating the drivers. Need Brother to care about customers and provide an update to their HL-2280DW laser printer so it is compatible with Golden Gate 27.

It is not acceptable that they have not done so already and don't appear interested in updating the drivers. We have several Brother printers but, if they cannot be supportive, we will not purchase any future Brother products.

Recommendation: Don't buy Brother products.
