Braum's review: Service at store in Parsons, Kansas

I know it's very hard to get employees to even show up these days. But something really needs done at the Braums store in Parsons, KS. We need the store... It has a nice variety, good fresh groceries, and really the only place to get a dish of ice cream in town. But the service is pitiful. Really doesn't matter what day of the week, morning, noon or night... There is just no leadership and the majority of the help is lazy and argumentative with customers. Customers were waiting over 50 minutes for their orders tonight (Sunday, 7/25/21). People in the drive up were coming in because all of their orders were wrong. The ice cream prep area was filthy and customers were asking for the manager and no one would step up. There were lots of kids all their supposedly working... But no leadership and most of them didn't have a clue what to do... So they were on their cell phones, etc. Really a sad representation of your business.
