Braum's review: Dm Jen wise and GM brenda

I worked for braums in neosho mo as a shift manager. I loved my job always put 100% into my job. I tried to help a customer with a replacement order and they wasnt happy a couple days later I got a customer complaint about it and brenda the gm said I was gonna recieve my first ever write up but instead they waited almost 2 weeks than on feb 13 Jen wise the dm came in when my shift was almost over took me in the back and said ur fired for something or a misunderstanding. Very poor way to fire someone and I would like something to be done about it . Kimberly cannon I have brought this to bbs and will go further if u don't fix this
