So many times people jump online to give negative feed back, most of the time it was to raise awareness and a customer's attempt to give management an insight as to what is "missing" within their business / organization. I have no complaint, I would like to give recognition to a young man, who always makes my day brighter. His smile is simply contagious and his customer service is off the chart! I choose to drive 10 minutes off my route ONLY because I know I will get the best service at this location. His name is Trevor, he greets you with a smile, talk to you with a smile, and it does not go away. He is so professional and just a kind human being. I hope this compliment reaches the people that can give him recognition for a job well done.

Glad to know there is at least one employee getting rave reviews. I visit the store fairly often since moving to Lubbock. I have never once been greeted; that’s correct, not one single employee in the “store” side has said one word of welcome. This store is located at 50th Street and Milwaukee Avenue. On the plus side, the ice cream and food orders have mostly friendly employees. It’s really disappointing I can’t find much of anything good about this place. No wonder McDonalds gets more traffic, though McDs doesn’t have the grocery department. My family was so excited to know you people would be in our neighborhood and now we are thoroughly disappointed in your non-caring staff. They are silent and surly. Congratulations on your lack of customer service.
