I took my mazda3 to discount tire and they broke the bolt off on the back rear to adjust the alignment. This was a week ago last tues april 22nd. They said to take it to brakesplus dow the road to remove the bolt so they could do the alignment. So I took it there in the am before 9. They wasted 2 days trying to remove the bolt to no avail. Then changed the front suspension without my approval and charged me 1200. When they were only approved to fix the back end suspension. Then they said they would have to remove the rear subrame and replace it because they damaged the subframe removing the rusty bolt. It was supposed to arrive last friday but was delayed until monday today. Today they said it was delayed until thursday. Ive been waiting over a week for my car. They didnt even offer to pay for a rental car. This is unacceptable.

I would like to express my concerns with Break Plus 6017 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76001. I brought my car in on June 17, 2025, for a rough idle. They changed my valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and plug wires. However, with these repairs, my vehicle still has a rough idle and a jerking motion while cruising. I took my car back a second time, and they kept it for three days to schedule an appointment to have the power control module (PCM) updated, which was supposed to resolve the issues that I was having. I received a call from Break Plus stating that my car is ready for pickup, but I still have the same problems. I contacted Customer Service about my concern, and it’s been two weeks, and they haven’t replied back. Their philosophy is installing quality products with world-class service at a great price. I’m a very unsatisfied customer!
