4/3/2023 had front rotors and pads replaced then driving days later and noticed an intermittent grinding from the driver side wheel that got progressively worse. After getting home found 2 lug nuts I could remove with my fingers and the rest on the driver side wheel were way under torqued, I thanked god the wheel did not come off with my children in it. Next my wife and I noticed a clucking sound not present before the work. Noticed a sway bar link broken on the same wheel not torqued. This store is incompetent in not tightening lug nuts and in the first place and doubly so in not identifying such an obvious deficiency as a broken sway bar link unless as I suspect it broke after they had my vehicle but having made my vehicle worse in the clunking sound really confirms it.
