June 9 2023 Brakes Plus in Tempe, AZ replaced my alternator woth a remanufactured alternator after the intake manifold gasket leaked onto the old one. They replaced the intake manifold gasket and few things to address the leak. We were never given an option between remanufactured and new for the alternator. We paid $1450 for the total of the work. The remanned alternator is not holding a charge after 4 months.
Desired outcome: Refund so I can get the alternator work done somewhere more reliable and won't use remanned parts without asking
