We bought 2 of the above recliners on 1 March 2025. The one's recliner mechanism stopped working on 8 April 2025. I have logged a call with Bradlows Customer Care Centre on 10 April and the asked me to send the pictures of the mechanism inside the chair which I refused to do (what will happen if I then break something), but I did send them a picture of the chair and the outside mechanism. The they asked me to contact the store. Surely as Customer Care, they can inform the store?
Desired outcome: They can contact me and they need to replace the chair.
