To whom it may concern:
My time wasted in your poor customer service. Please train your personnel to be kind... Bpi sflu south branch.. Almost 3weeks of waiting just to replace a new card!!! Until now they cant release and dont know the reason why my card doesnt arrived yet in their branch... I badly need it urgent coz it is my payroll accnt!!! Take note I applied last july 19, 2017.

    Very true.

    In my case, it was already a month that I haven't received Credit Card replacement. This must be investigated ASAP!
