I had caught my 12 year son with a pack of cigarettes I asked him where he got them he said from Bp, so I called Bp to ask who was working on Friday Oct.29 when my son had purchased them ..I talked to the lady that worked that day .she said she did not sell them to him, so I said okay ..I was nice about it ..I hang up the phone and talked to my son .I told him he better tell me the truth ..because he could very well get someone fired ..so he admitted that my sister bought them for him when she was babysitting him that day, so I call back Bp and let her know so she did not worry ..I work at a gas station as well so I know what it's like and about the videos and how far you can go back and so on ..I asked to see the video and gave her the time of the purchase so that the manager could look it up and see who did buy the cigarettes for him, I wanted to make sure it was my sister before I went off on her ..and the girl told me she would let the manager (Sherry Summerfield) know and I could call back in the morning . Well I called back the next morning Nov. 4 and the Manager said she don't have time to sit there and go threw 16 hours of video (very rudely ) and I said even though I have the time ?
She said Its not my eff in fault your son has someone by him cigarettes ..I was livid and just hung up on her because I felt like I was going to explode ..I feel someone like that should not be in charge of a store let alone work for the public they knew who my sister was ..she is a regular all she had to do is see what kind of cigarettes she purchased that day ...I will never ever shop at that store again !
