Bosch GLL 3-15

I just purchased this item and after several minutes managed to get the packaging opened, cutting my hand in the process.

Once I figured out a way to get it out of the packaging, I looked for the directions and there are none!

I have found directions online, but why would you not include them in the box?

Then I went to put the items in the package in the case provided. I could barely fit the unit inside, no room for the accessories.

If you're going to charge as much as you do for the item, include directions AND include a case that will hold the unit AND the accessories.

Bosch Bosch 18Volt re chargeable vacuum cleaner

Vacuum cleaner purchased in December 2020. Handle broke after 9 month use, into a 2 year guarantee. Service engineer called on the 11th October. He examined the handle and ordered a new item, which he told us would have a delay but would be with us in November sometime. Nothing arrived, so I phoned customer service on 30th. November to be told that the item would not arrive until January the 20th!. That would be nearly 4 months without use if it turned up then.

Would we buy another Bosch appliance again, I don't think so with level of service. Shocking.!

Bosch Product ordered

My current Bosch Dishwasher had recall (Fire Issue) We disconnected on 07/02/2021. Upon receipt of noticed, we were offered 40% discount on a new Dishwasher...Ok that's acceptable. We placed our new order on 10/05/2021.
They charged our credit card accordingly & promised to ship within 3-7 business days...Approximately 3.5 weeks later, I called customer service, Sorry your order will not ship until 06/2022 "That's unacceptable 9 months on my money!"...Especially when Lowes has them in stock...Please give a voucher to purchase one from Lowes.
They Hung up on ME :(...8- CALL LATER NO HELP...and you cannot cancel your order...Very Frustrated!

Desired outcome: Voucher for 40% off at Lowes....

Bosch 700 series evolution gas range

I purchased my Bosch Range in December of 2007. As soon as I bought it, the Oven Control Panel stopped working & I had it replaced under warranty. Then the cook top control knobs started peeling & if you hit them by accident, they moved & went on. I went on your website to order more & saw there was a problem with them & I was sent new ones... which also peeled! Then one of the electronic pilot lights broke & was replaced under warranty. As soon as the warranty was over, 2 more electronic pilots broke! Then the oven door loosened up. We tightened the bottom screws but one day I was cooking on the range top & the front of the door fell off, hit both my feet (thank god I had on shoes), & it hit the floor & cracked 2 of my new floor tiles. It took us hours to put the door back together. Since then it has fallen apart multiple times. Now the door glass slides down & separates from the door & then I cannot open bottom drawer. I fixed the glass a few times. The heat comes out of the door & I cannot stand in front of it to cook on top of the range. The range gets so hot on the outside that I have to keep my grandkids out of the kitchen while I use the range. The other day, I was using the oven & I opened the door & it would not close again. I was cooking in it so I had to cover the open areas with silver foil to keep in the heat & finish cooking my food. By doing that, the control knobs turned color. As soon as the oven cooled off, the door closed again... surprise! Plus when I clean the back panel, it is so super sensitive that if I touch a button the range just locks down. Then I have to turn off the circuit breaker to unlock it! This has happened a lot so now I do not clean that area! It seems that every time I turn around something else goes wrong with this range. I will have to get a new one as I cannot keep this up. I am so fed up with this stove. I bought it as I thought it was good & it would last me years. My last stove lasted 30 years. This range is not safe & I am going to have to get a new one. But I wanted to tell you all my problems as I truly believe this stove was defective. Bosch Repair or refund my money to go and buy the brands with normal terms and conditions

I bought the Bosch Ceramic Hob from Makro less than a year ago and in July 2 of the plates stopped working, after several calls and inconvenient appointments the technician came to check it and told me that he suspected its the cockroach and quoted me for replacement and left, when I called to enquire I was referred to the terms and conditions which I've never seen even before, which states that due to the infestation by the cockroach they won't fix the broken elements of the plates. I tried to get a person who helped me with the fumigation when I had ants but he never heard of household certificate of fumigation only the business one he knows about. Can you please help because its my first time heard of this as well. I was promised that this hob is got sensors that detects when there's no pot it switches off but it doesn't do that, I would have bought AEG (actually I had it with me but was convinced by their agent representative).
I feel my rights have been violated as a customer.

Bosch Bosch dishwasher

If you are thinking about buying a BOSCH dishwasher DON'T DO IT...
I purchased a BOSCH dishwasher from Lowes and have had nothing but problems since I got it. I have had Suffolk Appliances (the only warranty preferred contractor) out to repair it 3 times and they still don't have it working. The first time it wouldn't drain the water - representative said the loop under the sink wasn't high enough so he raised it...after he left it wouldn't pump water in, so I called them for another service call. This time he said it was the water pump, so he ordered a pump and a "control board" just in case it wasn't the pump? Took a few weeks for him to come back out (parts and he was sick) today was the day! He showed up (not with a pump) but with a valve and a control board. He installed the valve and started a 60 min cycle and left. I checked on the progress 1 1/2 hours later only to find that it had stopped and 49 minutes remained on the 60 min cycle and again the water had not drained. He said he didn't need to install control board because it wasn't needed. I haven't had a dishwasher for months. It could have just been a lemon - I don't know.
If this was a regular dishwasher, i would have just cut my losses and put it on the street for recycle to pick up and not had this frustration. However, it was an expensive one and I really hate that. I'm now going to have to replace it, it won't be a BOSCH but at least it will work. Let me save you this headache, Buy the normal name brand and don't pay a fortune for it. You'll be glad you did. *I called warranty co and asked for a number to call BOSCH directly but was told I couldn't do that, they would handle it. I really think if I could have spoken to a BOSCH representative, this would have been resolved! Lesson learned

Bosch Oven

Don't know about other products but bosch ovens are terrible just terrible even can be harmful.

Also want to mention that plastic parts are melting and you don't even have warranty for them.

You have to investigate the documentation of the product yourself because sales don't give a f..k if you are not aware.

Pls be advised and it is no joke.

Will never ever in my life I will buy bosch again.

Bosch Fridge freezer

Good day,

One of my tenants at Oasis, Palm Springs 107, Century City Cape Town, Mr Dyason mentioned +/- 18 months ago that the Bosch fridge /freezer was not cooling properly. The agent at the time, Ninette from Bond Properties requested that Electro call goes out. Carmen from Electro call said a part was faulty and that I had to pay upfront. Which I immediately did. (See proof of payments).
Two months ago my tenant said the fridge was no longer working, I told him that I had paid for the repairs and that the fridge should be under warantee, he then said that Elecrtocall had never come back to do the repairs.
I queried this with Electrocall and asked them for the job card, stating that there must have been some mistake and that their technician did not fit the part. Electrocall stopped taking my calls. I then wrote to Bosch South Africa. I have had no reply or resolution so far.

Can you please help.

Bosch Power cord to bosch dishwashers

I not sure that Bosch has fix past problem with the pass electrical chord problems. We had notice a "burnt" metal smell coming from the dish washer. We trip the circuit breaker until the service people arrived. When the Bosch service rep show up they said the problem was the power chord but they didn't have the part. Knowing that Bosch has had problem with electrical chord in the pass, one would think they have had a replacement chord with them.
So the part has been ordered and we have to wait another week with an inoperative dishwasher. I would expect better quality from Bosch but I am thankful we did not have a electrical fire. I would be more that happy to share the pictures of the Bosch junction box

Bosch Bosch Dishwasher

No power in June 2021
Did not know of an authorized repair deale.r Called Local appliance repair Aldridge Appliance
They visited me twice Ordered 2 or more parts After 6 weeks, the tech said he could not fix it. AFTER $216.00
I called Bosch and they told me of the authorized repair requirement. I called the company they gave me.
I called them 2 times. I never received a return call nor a message of any kind. Really didnt want to start with them anyway since I would be paying more service calls, etc etc Prefered to pay toward another dishwasher.

I have since bought another dishwasher...NOT A BOSCH. I bought the Bosch dishwasher because of word of mouth advertising from a friend.. I have another relative who has had a Bosch for 20 years! She will be buying another soon - current one having problems. Word of mouth advertising is REALLY good but it can be REALLY bad. I DO NOT plan on telling my relative who is in the process of buying a dishwasher - to buy Bosch. Nope

Bosch Bad service which need to wait for almost one month

I have bought a new Bosch washing machine at Nov 2019, the water was stuck recently and I have to order a Bosch home service, was trying to order from July 8th, and the only available time will be from Aug 2nd. That is almost one month waiting time! I never have any problems having other washing machine before, and besides the fact I need to order a service just after one year and half, the waiting time is also completely not acceptable, btw, I live in gothenburg which is the second biggest city in Sweden. I will never buy any Bosch products any more!

Bosch Built in dishwasher

We urgently need to speak with a Bosch manager! We waited years to be in a position to purchase this dishwasher and to say the very least we are extraordinarily disappointed in the function. Quite a number of issues - please call us! [protected]. We plan to go to BBB and as many governmental organizations as possible if we are not contacted.

We have never complained about appliances in 50 years - and are truly and deeply worried about this grievance! We worked for years to be able to afford what we thought was the best, and immediately experienced several issues:

We only want the dishwasher to work correctly!
1) dishes "never" dry - no matter how long we wait (even days)!
2) dishes are "never" fully clean!
We do use all the recommended cleaning items.

Desired outcome: SOMEONE TO PLEASE ADDRESS OUT ISSUES!

Please provide me with a few details about the unit you have and the way you are using it.

What is the actual model of your Bosch dishwasher?
On what date did you purchase the dishwasher?
From what authorized retailer did you purchase the dishwasher?
What form of dishwashing detergent do you use?
Do you thoroughly prerinse your dishes?

Bosch ARM 34 Electro-rasenmaeher st 3165140746601 5495562

1, la poignée de la boîte de collecte d'herbe se détache de la boîte lorsque la boîte est pleine d'herbe.
2. La boîte de ramassage d'herbe est de très mauvaise qualité, les pièces à extrémité ouverte (équipées de 2 composants pour faire une boîte) ne s'assemblent pas et peuvent empêcher la boîte de s'adapter à la tondeuse avec plus d'utilisation.
La tondeuse a été utilisée une fois.
J'ai eu plusieurs produits Bosch au fil des ans, ce produit n'est pas à la norme Bosch attendue,
J'ai acheté ce produit en ligne chez Hornbach au Luxembourg, j'ai renvoyé le produit pour me plaindre et on m'a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire d'autre que contacter Bosch, mais un remplacement prendrait plusieurs mois pour arriver. Je ne peux pas attendre

Desired outcome: Je voudrais une boîte de ramassage d'herbe de remplacement bien faite pour remplacer ce qui m'a été vendu.

Bosch New dishwasher has not worked since the day that I received it. Also, no serial number anywhere.

Good Morning,

I am writing to advise of an issue I am having with the lack of customer service I am receiving from Bosch Canada and Leon's.
I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Leon's which was delivered Thursday, May 6, 2021. I did the installation myself and ran a rinse cycle to check for leaks, which there were none. I then ran a wash cycle and the On/Off button got stuck and the dishwasher stopped working.

I contacted Leon's, and they advised me that as I installed the dishwasher myself they were not able to help me and I needed to contact Bosch directly. I spoke to Joseph, the store manager at the Scarborough location who said that I needed to call Bosch and have them deal with this because the dishwasher having no serial number was a manufacturer issue. Joseph said he would call me back on Friday, May 14th to see if I was able to get resolution, which to no surprise never called me. I called numerous times and left messages for Joseph to call me.

I contacted Bosch and spoke to Katy MacDougall who asked me to provide her with the serial number of the dishwasher. Unfortunately, there was no serial number to be found on the door of the dishwasher. I took pictures of the area where the serial number should have been and sent them to Bosch.

After email and telephone interactions with Katy, she made an appointment for a service technician to come out on Thursday, May 13, 2021. On Thursday morning I received a call advising the technician had called in sick and my appointment was rescheduled for May 27th. I called Bosch to ask if there was any way we could get someone out sooner. I was provided with contact information of two service companies that would be able to come out and fix the dishwasher - ANR Service and Elite Service. I spoke with a technician from ANR Service, and they asked me for the serial number. When I advised him there was no serial number on the dishwasher they advised they would not be able to help me as without the serial number Bosch would not pay them for the service call. As noted above I have sent proof that this dishwasher does not have a serial number.

I again called Bosch and spoke to Ingrid in Montreal regarding my situation. The process then started all over again with me being told I and they needed a serial number. I was placed on hold for a lengthy amount a time before Ingrid came back and said that without serial number, I would have to pay the technician directly at the rate of $149.00 for the initial visit and then $49.00 for each 15 minutes of their time spent to fix a brand-new dishwasher which is covered by the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Ingrid then said that Leon's should be dealing with this and have any repairs done at their expense.

The following is the Dishwasher info: Bosch series Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel 24" Silence Plus 48 DBA. Model number SHXM4AY55N. Leon's info : Receipt /order: 05041SCZJPR Delivery date 2021-05-06. The manager at Leon's is Joseph at [protected] or [protected]. Reference number from my contact with Katy at Bosch is REV [protected]. File number 2495008.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and accountability from Leon's and Bosch. I keep getting asked for a serial number that clearly does not exist and the run around I have been getting is completely unacceptable.

I understand that the first year warranty is with Bosch but because the dishwasher has not worked from date of delivery, I am asking that Leon's send out a technician at no cost to me to have this dishwasher repaired or provide me with a new one.

Bosch Truemixx pro mixer grinder 1000 watt-mgm8842min jar malfunction

For the last few weeks, we've been having problems with our mixer jar (smallest) that came with the mixer. It's having problem turning and no matter what we do and how many times we try to fix it, the hexagonal screw keeps coming off, this issue has been rather detrimental to our everyday life as making small batches of dishes has become very hard.

An in depth tutorial would be beneficial to us on how we can fix this issue.

Bosch Dishwasher defective power module sent - refused to replace

Despite spending $405.55 on Bosch parts, the customer has been without a fully functional dishwasher for about two months!

The power module (item: [protected]-0) was ordered on 2/18/21 and although an expedited fee was paid, it was apparently sent out 2/19/21 but arrived about 5 days late. The pleasant and helpful authorized serviceman, "Service by Rich, "was oversubscribed during the COVID-19 season and could not return to the customer's home until 3-26-21. He said the power module was defective and needed to be replaced. The power button would not turn off the unit and it kept blinking no matter what he did.

I contacted customer service immediately but was not able to Bosch customer service to consider replacing the module they sent without a written letter by "Service by Rich" confirming that it did not work. However, Rich understandably has been tied up with life-threatening family medical issues and has not yet returned.

Excluding labor, the customer has already spent $405.55 for Bosch parts including $174.62 for the defective lower power module (item: [protected]-0) sent from BSH plus $230.93 for an upper power module & heat pump. The heat pump (item: [protected]), in an unopened box, is ready to be return to Bosch once "Service by Rich" reconfirms it is not needed once he returns.

Desired outcome: Refund of $174.62 for lower power module (order: [protected]). Also, refund for unopened heat pump.

Bosch Dishwasher

We purchased a Silence plus 50 dba dishwasher to replace a damaged Bosch 500 series that was damaged in shipment. I have used Bosch dishwashers before for many years and was looking forward to the usual superior performance. Instead, our dishwasher doesn't clean unless we run it on the two hour cycle and doesn't clean as well as the Samsung we had in our last house. We just finished building this house and have the super expensive oven/microwave and the 5 burner gas cooktop but the dishwasher has been a disappointment. It's noisy and doesn't clean our dishes. What are our options.

Bosch Cooktop ngm8055uc

After 3 years of use, 3 of the 5 igniters no longer would automatically produce a flame. To replace the igniters, the top of the stove had to be removed. The top is secured by 2 screws for each of 5 burners, a total of ten screws. Each screw was rusted firmly in place, i.e., although the stove is stainless steel, the screws are not. We needed to hire someone to remove the screws. Then, we discovered that the igniters are also screwed in with rusted screws. We also found that the gaskets that go around the knobs had never been installed and were floating around inside the stove.

Bosch Refrigerator

We bought 3 products from Best Buy all Bosch. Out of the three only one worked he dishwasher. Now after almost a year they have been out 6 times on the refrigerator still not working correctly. Not making ice and the doors don't close properly. Lost froze meat in the freezer. We are also having problems with the dishwasher stopping mid cycle. We then have to reset it. The oven has a problem when the power flickers it loses the time

Bosch hbl8750 (oven/microwave)

We purchased this combination oven/microwave in 2012 and the control unit has now failed (part # 00703850). Our repairman ordered a new module in august 2020 and after many delays we've been told it is now a discontinued part. We're very upset that we can't repair the oven, and now are being told to replace it will cost about $3600! We're hoping that someone at bosch can find this part, or a replacement, so we can fix our oven and not have to replace it all. If must exist somewhere, or a replacement. If not, we need a refund or discount on a new unit.
