Despite spending $405.55 on Bosch parts, the customer has been without a fully functional dishwasher for about two months!

The power module (item: [protected]-0) was ordered on 2/18/21 and although an expedited fee was paid, it was apparently sent out 2/19/21 but arrived about 5 days late. The pleasant and helpful authorized serviceman, "Service by Rich, "was oversubscribed during the COVID-19 season and could not return to the customer's home until 3-26-21. He said the power module was defective and needed to be replaced. The power button would not turn off the unit and it kept blinking no matter what he did.
I contacted customer service immediately but was not able to Bosch customer service to consider replacing the module they sent without a written letter by "Service by Rich" confirming that it did not work. However, Rich understandably has been tied up with life-threatening family medical issues and has not yet returned.
Excluding labor, the customer has already spent $405.55 for Bosch parts including $174.62 for the defective lower power module (item: [protected]-0) sent from BSH plus $230.93 for an upper power module & heat pump. The heat pump (item: [protected]), in an unopened box, is ready to be return to Bosch once "Service by Rich" reconfirms it is not needed once he returns.
Desired outcome: Refund of $174.62 for lower power module (order: [protected]). Also, refund for unopened heat pump.
