Purchased an Iphone16E inDecember2025 paid for a prepaid phone paid for the service last day of service was march16 2026 they seem to have lost my account want me to set up a new account this phone is paid in full want to keep my original number I believe someone tried to set this account up as a financed account this iPhone should be unlocked looking for information and how to approach this situation I fell slighted Help!

Claimed loss: Over charging fraud

Desired outcome: iPhone unlocked and currently can’t even dial611 for assistance
