I was trying to remove myself as POA on an account. I was given incorrect information on how to do so. When I pointed this out to Vice President Leslie Coleman, she chose to verbally berate me instead of solving the issue. I found Leslie to be insolent, insulting, and most of all, totally unprofessional!
I truly feel sorry for the employees at the West Madison WI branch at BMO Harris. Having to report to an "executive" such as Leslie Coleman. Leslie chose to insult and berate a potential customer---how's that for abject stupidity?

Recommendation: Beware of arrogant executive Lesle Coleman
