I and my 8 months old baby applied for Schengen Visa appointment and got confirmation, We visited the BLS centre in Mumbai on the day of appointment 30 mins prior to our appointment time. The BLS office started the process for document collection and it took more 4 hours while that time I was not able to feed my baby as there is no feeding room or proper restrooms for it. After almost 4 hours I was told that the appointment system shows wrong passport number which I remember that was correct when I showed them that I have not made any mistake they started saying its a system glitch and you will have to take a fresh appointment. How frustrating and absurd was that statement even when I told the person in charge that I have been travelling almost 60KM to reach here with a 8 months old baby who is breast-feeding and there is no room available to take care of his feeding and I have been waiting here providing all relevant documents and following the process. The Blunt answer was We cannot do anything about it . I paid for the appointment and the team not considering a situation that I have a small baby with me and all that I had to go through was so disrespectful, un-caring and unhelpful. If it is not my fault why do I have to struggle and travel again 60 KMs with my baby?

Desired outcome: I would want BLS to correct their mistake and provide appointment rather than asking me to take a fresh appointment.Please can you manage without my baby having to visit the BLS venue as there are absolutely no facilities.
