I filled out my application for OCI online and printed all the documents. I went in the line at the Mississauga location. I waited in the line for 2 hours. they accepted only the premium service people and the appointments first. I finally requested for premium service and was ready to spend $100. I went upstairs and they rejected my application and said there are number of documents missing. There was no metion of these missing documents online at the time I fillled out my application.
Desired outcome: There must be better service for walk in applicants or don't accept any walk in applicant at all. All document requirement should be mentioned online as soon as application is accepted and before allowed to be printed.

There is no customer service at BLS Mississauga location. The wait time is more than 4 hours and you are not sure if you going to even get served. They push you to take premium service and pay more money. Then their document requirements are not clear on line and you end up going back and forth to complete your application.
