i was so mad when i went to usbirthcertificates.com and paid 111.00 for a replacement birth certificate. i thought it was gonna be easy peasy but boy was i wrong. when i clicked on the link they gave me, it took me to an invalid site. i was so confused and frustrated. i tried to contact customer service but they were no help. they didn't give me my money back and i still haven't received my birth certificate. don't waste your time or money on this site. it's a scam!

And to make matters worse, there was no way to contact them to try and sort things out. They have an email address listed on their site, but when I tried to use it, the message just bounced back to me. So now I'm out 60 bucks and still don't have my certificate. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using this service. It just seems like a big scam to me.
