Blossom Flower Delivery review: Scam

I was charged $91 for the same day delivery of a plant to a friend. It was never delivered. Customer service was AWFUL. No one can confirm why it wasn't delivered or where it is, and they are not agreeing to compensate me back my money. This was for a same day delivery for a birthday. Now I've disappointed a friend and lost hours in frustrating phone calls still with zero resolution. Please do not waste your time like I did.
