I am completely disappointed in The Blossom, first of all, I ask the lady if she was from the town in Ga that I wanted to send the flowers to since I googled that location and she said yes. LIAR! Secondly, I ordered the beautiful rose bouquet with the hydrangea, very full bouquet, on the left and what was sent was the UGLY, very thin nothing like what I ordered on the right. I could have done better picking something off the side of the road. When I called to complain they said since the arrangement that was sent was vibrant and colorful that it was acceptable. I had to remind them that this wasn't a vibrant bouquet that I ordered, it was an elegant bouquet. The "elegant bouquet was $74.99" and the best they could offer was 25% refund on the ARRANGMENT they sent". I don't think what was sent was worth $25. Beware of the perfect little scam they are offering. Beautiful flowers for $75 and they send something worth less than $25 and UGLY!

Oh no, this broke my heart a little. You were trying to send someone something beautiful and elegant — and they sent roadside weeds in a vase? And lied about being local? That’s not just disappointing, that’s a betrayal of trust. Flowers are supposed to bring joy, not embarrassment. I’d be furious too. A 25% refund on the sad arrangement they sent? That’s insulting. Thank you for warning everyone — seriously. You just saved a lot of people from crying over ugly, overpriced flowers on someone’s doorstep. You deserved better. They should be ashamed.
