Blossom Flower Delivery review: Never use this florist.
Buyer beware of this florist. I ordered a flower arrangement for Mother's Day from their Elkhorn Nebraska location. I ordered the Deluxe arrangement with added flowers and cost and what they sent looked nothing like what I ordered. I have attached photos so you can decide for yourself if you would order from them. The first photo is what I ordered with 12 pink roses and even more daisies. What they delivered were 5 roses about the same number of daisies. Then they added red carnations to make up for the missing roses that completely changed the look of the arrangement. I paid $100 for the "Deluxe" and received less flowers than a regular priced arrangement. When I called to tell them, the flowers were unacceptable you get linked into an AI Bot. The AI Bot keeps telling you they are a live person, but every conversation is exactly the same as the last. Even the voice is the same but the name changes. I just now went to write a review and found that this florist has had 292 complaints filed with the BBB against them in 2026 already. Don't make the mistake I did and save yourself a lot of grief. Believe me please don't ever order from this florist. You will not get what you paid for.
