Blossom Flower Delivery review: Florist

I ordered the Remembrance Standing Easel Spray on February 24, 2026 for our dear friend's funeral. I called and spoke to a live person to place the order. The picture on Blossom's website showed 8 roses for the regular arrangement. I chose to upgrade for another $20 for the deluxe arrangement. All in I spent $205 for the arrangement and delivery. When I showed up to the funeral I was so embarrassed to see what Blossom sent. It looked like a $50 arrangement. No roses. It looked nothing like their pictures on their website. It was very small and contained only cheap carnations. Very dissatisfied with Blossom Flower Delivery. Requested a full refund. They refused and only offered 20% refund.
