I went to write this review and saw the amazingly low rating.
I was shocked.
I just had my gas-meter replaced. BHE notified me I needed my meter replaced.
I scheduled for 2 days out.
I was called when the crew was a few minutes out.
They arrived and started working on my meter, getting it replaced.
When done, they took the time to come in and ensure my Heater, Hot Water Heater and gas fireplace were back up and functional.
I was left a business cell to call if we had problems.

Very Knowledgeable crew and caring crew.

I will of course address this high review if my meter blows up (hahaha)

Thank you BHE, you need more crews like those who came to my home in Torrington, WY.

Recommendation: Be happy we have a utility who views us as customers not piggy banks.
