BJ's Wholesale Club Your 6% tax on electronics

Purchased an 85" Samsung tv on October 16, 2022, from the Hampton, VA location. On November 16th the tv was now priced $200 less I returned to customer service with my receipt which they gave the price refund but charged me yet ANOTHER 6% on the reduced price. Instead of getting a $200 refund along with a refund on taxes paid I received a $182.00 refund and then noticed on the original receipt I was charged tax on the original price instead of the sale price. The customer service lady Nina said "that's the way it is and you just have to accept it" I spoke with a manager, and he even said the tax DID NOT ADD UP somethings wrong with the way corporate has this programmed into the computer. My complaint is a tv costing 1499.99nplus the extended warranty of 99.99 plus a miscalculated 6% which came up slightly more than 6% were paid and now another 6% tax taken from a 200.00 reduced price

Desired outcome: a refund on the taxes paid I should have paid a total tax on a $999.99 tv instead of a $1499.99 plus another $12 tax incurred at the $200 reduced price refund

BJ's Wholesale Club Same-day delivery

Today is the third same-day delivery I've had recently.

Orders have been received with incorrect items, missing items and 12-15 minute phone call times.

Website is verrrrry slow, cumbersome and has the propensity to provide questionable information in that it shows items available for in-store pickup but not home delivery and also changes ordered items from same-day delivery to in-store pick up.

I am 82 years old, handicapped and have no transportation so I rely on home delivery.

BJs always has been a great company to be a member of but this past year has seen a major in service and quality.

Unfortunately I can no longer trust BJs to provide good service, proper attention to my needs.

My membership is up fr renewal and I am not dispositioned to renew after so many years of membership.

Desired outcome: Not quite sure what you all can do other than additional employee training and website improvement.

BJ's Wholesale Club Free Turkey Offer

On October 31, at approximately 3-4 pm I visited the North Dartmouth location. After completing my shopping, I was checking out and saw the sign at the register that said buy $150+ and get a free turkey. My total was about $146, so I asked a team member to suspend my transaction in order for me to puchase something else to make the $150 total. He did and I returned to the service desk afterwards to complete my transaction. I recieved the flyer today and see that it says the turkey is 11/1-11/10. My question is "am I still eligible for the free turkey?". The team members that I interacted with were well aware that I was looking to be eligible for the free turkey, yet none of them told me that it started on 11/1. I hope that my purchase qualifies for the free turkey.

BJ's Wholesale Club TV

I order a phillips 55 inch tv online i wanted it shipped because it wont fit in my car. that was on oct 19, 2022. after about a week of not hearing anything of when it would be delivered. i went on bjs site and it said they could not get a hold of me. i also could not find the supposedly phone call on my phone. i sent 4 hrs on the phone calling 3 different #s that bjs customer service in clay ny gave me and no one answers the phone. i called on oct 28th again this time the manager said he cant help me but would send an email to shipper. i got another # to call and some one finally answered the phone after being on hold for an hour. The women said she sent email to shipper to call me for a ship date to deliver the TV i 24 hrs. Well guess what never got a call. that was Nov 1st. today is Nov 3rd and still no call. i want my money back now. i will never order anything from them again.

Desired outcome: I want my money back now not in a month from now.

BJ's Wholesale Club Coupon price rising

iI shop at bj when I have extra money to stock up. I had a whole list of products I was going to purchase, as you had excellent coupons this month. I always buy the kureg donut shop coffee l00 for 42.99 but this month you have a great coupon for 8 dollars. I looked up the price as that is how I put items on my list, I was shocked and angry the price is now 49.99 that is 7 dollars more. I was disgusted , and disappointed at such an obvious switch. I will not shop there back to amazon.

BJ's Wholesale Club Missing Item and a wrong item

I checked my order slip when I got home. I was suppose to receive 2 Pantene Pro V Shampoos but I only receved one Plus I ordered Three Pack of Heinz 44OZ Bottles and instead I received Three Bottles of Wesley Farms 40OZ Bottles. I want A Refund on Pro V Shampoo I didn't Receive and a Refubd on the difference betwwen Wesley Farms Brand and Heinz. Please Rectify This. My Membership Number is [protected]. BJ's Wholesale Club Wellsley Farms no calorie sweetener

I purchased a box of 1200 packets of sweetener a couple of weeks ago at the BJ's store in Pittsfield, MA.

I am finding a lot of packets that are sealed but there is nothing in them.

This product is not by weight, but by quantity and I am not getting my money's worth and I'm very disappointed.

BJ's Wholesale Club Membership cancelation refund,1 month later, still no refund!!!

I canceled my Membership at the end of September because I was supposed to been able to use the 24 hour pass. While at one of your locations I made a purchase via the app and upon leaving the store patron wouldnt accept the phone receipt as proof of purchase so I went through the line and paid again with Cash at the self checkout. This syation really upset myself and my Wife and was basis of my cancelation. Besides this situation I requested a Membership refund and was told 5-7 days Iev caled 3 times since and have yet to receive my refund. This should not have taken this long period. I have been waiting almost a month and yet still no refund.

BJ's Wholesale Club Credit Services

The credit card company you have chosen to represent you has started a policy of apply payments first to new charges that have not yet appeared on a statement and then the remaining to the statement balance. As such they have been knowing overcharging their customers for several months and have made no effort to remedy the situation. I am contacting you in hopes you will facilitate a solution. If have already contacted the regulating agencies and if this situation is not remedied soon, I will be going public as your stockholders have a right to know you are working with a company that engages in these deceptive tactics.

Desired outcome: Return to normal processing of payments. When the payment made is equal to or exceeds the statement balance than no finance charges are to be applied. Refunding of prior finance charges.

BJ's Wholesale Club Fuel purchased from 6345 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, Md. Station

Purchased premium fuel, 10/04/22, from station.

10/06, engine light illuminated and car began running very poor. Made appt. with

dealer, Antwerpen Hyundai/Genesis [protected]. Service Advisor Wayne. Car sat in my garage until 10/11 appt.

Antwerpen assessment was contaminated fuel causing damage to the injectors (4); Spark plugs (4); and engine diagnosis. Tank had to be drained and cleaned and fuel replaced.

BJ's Wholesale Club 8')clock coffee Giradaldi chocolate chips Ban deoderant

Im a huge BJs shopper since it opened in Portsmouth Ave.I do most of my shopping each week at BJs. I love special products and have been used to buying there. You have discontined 8'Oclock coffee which is the only coffee I drink for probably 40yrs. Also Giradaldi chocolate chips. If your agood cook you dont use Nestles chips. Also my Ban deoderant. I cant tell you how much I miss them. I really dont care for grocery stores. I have been so happy with BJs for carrying my products. Please reconsider bringing these back

BJ's Wholesale Club Store staff member

I was at customer service at my local BJ's after shopping for my family's necessities. I needed water as I was thirsty, I went to vending machine to purchase a few bottles. I only got one as the vending machine took my money. I then asked whom do I speak to about vending machine taking my money. I was instructed to go to Richard who would help me. I got on line and waited , I had drank water I got out of vending machine and got receipt for 5 cents deposit. Making total owed .80 cents, I waited 15 minutes for "Richard" to give me .80 cents, I mentioned I had been standing waiting for.80 cents for longer than it had to take. He then finally finished transaction with help from two other store staff members. When he rudely made racial remarks tossed .80 cents, then my membership card. I was clearly upset and offended by the way I was treated period.

Desired outcome: Finacial Compensation for racist and rude treatment, I felt violated and suffering with severe anxiety, I was depressed depleted and defeated but knew I was clearly being unfairly treated

BJ's Wholesale Club BJs gas station at 5731 Dillard Dr, Cary, NC

I purchase gas at this location at least once per week. More often than not, a printed receipt is not available at the pump. This is really frustrating as I'm one of those people who still keeps paper receipts. I just don't understand why the pump service person can't go out and refill the paper roll when it is empty. It's not like they have a lot else to do while sitting in their booth at the station. Regardless, it is very irritating to have to go over to the booth and ask for a printed receipt, particularly when other drivers are waiting in line to get gas.

BJ's Wholesale Club tires

I purchased 4 tires last year from your Plymouth, MA store. I stopped by today to get a tire rotation only to learn I needed an appointment. Noone was in the facility. I asked if I could wait to see if next appt cancelled and then be taken.

To no avail. The individual working simply did not want to help or assist nor did he even want to work. He was watching football on the TV.

I shopped for some food items and drove by the front tire shop on way out 30 minutes later and still noone was getting service.

Terrible!

BJ's Wholesale Club problem at checkout

On 9/30/22 at 6:12 pm, my wife and I were new BJ's members and had a problem at the self-checkout. When we called for help a vulgar young lady came and start accusing us of touching the machine and not knowing what we were doing in a very nasty manner. When we asked for her name to report her, she refused and walked away. So I decided to video her for proof of whom we were talking to. As we were leaving she was waiting at the exit to report to security for being videotaped. If she would have gave her name in the first place we wouldn't have to videotape her, the security guard was so displeased with her attitude he gave me the info to file a complaint

Desired outcome: She needs to be retrained on how to deal with customer

BJ's Wholesale Club Gas station

On September 25, 2022 at approximately 4:30pm at BJ'S gas station is Hialeah Fl. I was racially profiles and refused gas at pump 12 after several hispanic customers had gotten gas. The attendant named Silvia and another younger associate. Came out of the booth walked over spoke to the hispanic lady at the pump didn't ask for proof of her being an employee then walked over and placed a cone blocking off the pump. I was told by Silvia the pump is for employees only. There was about 50 cars waiting for gas due to a hurricane coming. I asked for the number to corporate office Silvia refused to give it saying she didn't know the number then she went back into the booth. After making another line I spent almost 45 min to get gas as I left I noticed any and everyone using pump 12 for gas with noone monitoring to ensure only employees used the pump. I am asking BJ'S contact me before I take this to the BBB

Desired outcome: Bjs to contact me so we can discuss the issue then for Silvia and all associates go to sensitivity training or be let go

BJ's Wholesale Club MANAGER OF DELI DEPARTMENT BJs at 7050 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33155

September 20, 2022

The deli department staff and the manager (Luis no one was able to provide his last name) of the subject BJ in Miami, Florida simply do not answer the phone, they put you on hold for endless hours and do not give the member service I'm paying for. I have called today about 10 times from 10 in the morning to 1.30 pm to ask a simple question: if a cheese that has been ordered for 2 weeks arrived so I don't have to take the long drive and find they don't have it. It is downright unconscionable and unprofessional that NO ONE answers the phone which one assumes would be part of the job description.

Can SOMEONE take a look please and contact this BJs?

BJ's Wholesale Club Illegal charge of my credit card without my knowledge

Illegally fraudulently charge me unused credit card . Rate go down ( credit rate) Orher banks start closing my credit cards . After 3-4 month I realize- Bj make false reporting about my nonpayment . But I never use my card ? Did open dispute , all must be in writing . Slow. HSBC bank close my account ; because of BJ reporting in credit companies) WellsFargo downgrade it- because of BJ reckless , non professional business in finance field.

Desired outcome: Must pay for credit restoration . Must call to all closed or downgraded bank accounts. With explanation . Store must be closed , Untill stuff will know that fraud is fraud . It’s destroyed people life’s .

BJ's Wholesale Club Approving automatic renewal without permission

I shop at the Bjs on Kirkwood highway in Elesmere Delaware on Sunday September 18th and while checking out the cashier scanned my membership card and something popped up on the screen which he hit a button. I asked him what was it that he hit and he acted like it was nothing. Today Monday September 19th I get an email saying thanks for signing up for automatic renewal. I called the store and asked for a manager and someone saying he was Bob the manager came to the phone and said that it was probably an accident. It was no accident I asked him what he hit. This isn’t the first time this has happened at that club.

It is fraud to approve charges to someone’s bank account without their permission.
