BJ's Wholesale Club review: Unavailable Items

I was very disappointed while shopping at the BJs club in Sevierville, Tn. today. Many of the items on my list, for which I had electronic coupons, were not available. Several of the shelves were empty. When I asked a BJs employee about where to find some of the items, she said they were out of stock. I think it is reasonable to expect items for which I have online coupons to be in stock.

If this is an isolated incident and unique to the Sevierville store, I hope you will address these issues and correct them. Otherwise, paying a yearly membership fee and having coupons that I cannot use is something that will result in my discontinuing my membership.
