I want to get a refund sent to amica! I am willing to pay for the oil change and the tires, but not the brakes or alignment. I went to this big o by my work for convenience, I sat for an hour which is fine, but then I was told I needed $1900 dollars’ worth of stuff because my car needed brakes, oil change, an alignment, I went in for tires. I got approved thank goodness. I watched as they changed my tires, but them they weren't doing anything with the brakes, he said they do it in another part of the garage, I had to go back to work, so I never got to see what they did to my vehicle which was a concern. I picked it up and it drove weirdly, and the brakes were grinding. I told them I would be out of town so I would bring the vehicle in when I got back. I did not feel comfortable taking the car back to that big o, so I contacted one by my house and scheduled a time to go in to get things checked out. I told them my concerns. I dropped it off at 930am. I called at 4pm and they said it was just being brought in. This store was on 104th & colorado blvd in thornton, co. I went in the pickup my vehicle. No notes on the vehicle, no one knew what was done on my vehicle, then when we went to walk around the vehicle my lug nuts were not put on the one front tire, my son went in and asked for this to be fixed, he was very upset. They tried to put one on that didnt fit and when he said thats not the right one the tech called him a dick and was very unprofessional. No one could find my lug nut and my son in law had to take one off and say find the one that came in her car. He said its a safety hazard. You are putting her in danger. We lost my father-in-law to suicide and I am not risking her life by having someone put the wrong lug nut on and the fact you had her picking her vehicile and not having it on there, is very unprofessional. My daughter and my fiance ride in that vehicle, this just is crazy. What if she would have drove off, she could have been injured, killed, and or hurt someone else. No one could explain what happened to my vehicle the tech that supposedly worked on it was gone. Very unprofessional. The only way we got notes on the vehicle was the other tech calling the manager, they said they found nothing wrong with the vehicle after the phone call, but no notes nothing. I don’t trust big o, none of them after the two issues I have had. My brakes still grind, my alignment is still off, and I need to take it in for a second opinion and get this fixed.

Desired outcome: I want a refund. Willing to pay for tires!! the two stores.2060, 1940 S Federal Blvd, Denver, CO, <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>, 3740 E 104th Ave, Thornton, CO, 80233

Never had a problem with BigO Tires in Apache Junction, AZ. I sent my granddaughter to one close to her as she was borrowing my car to get to work. It had been pulling a little bit, but when she took it, it messed up real bad. I went with her the first time and was told that could not align tire til both front axles and hub bearings were replaced. Had to go with Amica to get the work done & make payments. I went home. My grndaughter was called and told the car only needed 1 front axle and a new radiator with 2 new hoses. There hadn't been any puddles under the car before, but I okayed the work. Long story short:

It's been over 2 weeks since the car went in the first time and it has been taken in several times but never aligned. Granddaughter picked it up when told ready... 1) All lugnuts were loose and 1 had come off on her way home. 2) All valve stems were brand new going in, but now were all different. 3) Engine cover was missing belts and bolts and sat loosely on the engine. 4)The new radiator was ziptied so as not to draw attention after they broke the clamps. 5) Did not place oil change sticker on vehiicle. 6) There is now a puddle under the car. 7) Was told that work done would fix the grinding sound, but it didn't 8) Each time she has taken it in they have quite audibly sighed and asked her what she had done now. 9) Back to store and now told grinding was from a broken transmission mount.

I am now $3000 + in debt with No Alignment! Big O does not know my granddaughter...she may seem pretty, petite, and a pushover, but she had it rough growing up! I am also not a push over and have dealt with similar things in the past. I am a rebel from the 60s who has had her share of protesting which I still remember! We are going to file complaints with the BBB, any state government branch that can help, and I am looking for a lawyer to take this case. My granddaughter is just passed her first trimester of pregnancy and has a 2 yr. old son... They could have been killed! We also have pictures.
