Autoplicity.com - Defective merchandise
I bought a headlight switch from them online. After installation the switch worked sporadically. I called them and they said they would not accept it back or refund the money (52.00) and that there was a manufacturer warranty. I called the manufacturer and they refused my request stating that Autoplicity.com is not one of their authorized resellers and they did not know how or where Autoplicity.com got the part. I received a defective part and will not buy anything from them again.

Call Autoplicity.com and tell them what the manufacturer said. If they won't refund then your going to call your credit card bank. Your credit card bank will let you open a dispute and will arbitrate a settlement. You will have to have tried to settle the dispute with Autoplicity.com from every perspective.
Autoplicity.com falsely says the manufacturer will honor their warranty on components that were sold through Autoplicity.com.
Once Autoplicity has the opportunity to realize this issue then they should refund or replace the component.
If Autoplicity does not then refund or replace, then a dispute filed at your credit card bank will produce the result.
Your credit card bank will want you to write a short statement describing the issue and how you have attempted to settle the issue.
