Horrible experience
I received the wrong parts. They said I ordered the wrong model number. I only had one model number to search. I ordered OEM parts kit and received the non OEM of my model number. The part they said I ordered doesn’t even resemble what I actually received. I paid $49.95. Return shipping costed $19.00. No credit yet after 7 days and they won’t respond to emails. Buyer beware!
Recommendation: Do not order from this company!!

Part for LG dryer
I ordered a part for my LG dryer since my dryer door was no longer shutting enough to keep the dryer working. I ordered replacement clip from Discountparts.com and when it arrived it was clearly used. I was a bit upset but figured if it worked I wasn’t going to care. I installed it and it made my issue worse than before. I put back my old one and emailed the company w/ pics and got no response. I emailed again today and am hoping to hear back but I’m not holding my breath. The company clearly has some quality control issues. I understand this happens at times, but the fact that there is no communication when there is an issue and no willingness to make it right as unacceptable. You can see in pic below the part has wear marks on the inside and is yellowed from age.

PartsDiscount: Cheap Prices, But Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service
So, I was anxious to get some car parts, and I found this site called PartsDiscount. Checked it out, and thought to myself "Wow, cheap prices, this is what I'm looking for!" So I ordered and even paid extra for 2-day delivery. It seemed to go smoothly, but imagine my disappointment when I still hadn't received anything 4 days later! I mean, what's the deal with that? I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this is not good business practice. And worst of all, I've received no response from the company!
Honestly, I don't know what's going on over there, but this kind of thing really makes me reconsider shopping with them again. I mean, if they can't handle a simple transaction like mine, what's going to happen if I really need customer service?
I think it's important for a company to have good communication with their customers. If there's an issue, at least let me know! I don't want to be left in the dark. And if you're going to charge extra for speedy delivery, you better make sure you can deliver on that promise.
In conclusion, I hope this was just a fluke and that PartsDiscount can improve their customer service. But as for me, I don't think I'll be taking any more chances with them.

I had cancelled this order days prior to arrival. When it had arrived on Jan. 24th it was returned on Jan. 25th with a note saying it wasn't the part that was needed. I never took it out the box. Today is March 7th and I still have not received my refund of 59.95. There is no phone number to call to talk to someone and nobody responds to emails.
I ordered a spindle for a washing machine. The part was 1/8 inch too long. They would not tell me if they would take part back or not. Won’t communicate with me. Order from Amazon if you can. They guarantee parts.
