Big O Tires review: Incompetent, unknowledgeable management & mechanics in Hollister, MO.!

I went in to purchase new wheels for my truck, they were the only place open on my day off. When the wheels arrived & were installed, I get a call saying my tires are cracked & for safety I need new tires. So, ok, I bought new tires. I also had them full service the truck since it was already there, I get a call needing a new air filter, I approve that and think everything is ok. I get the truck home & have NO AIR FILTER. So, I drove w/no air filter on dirt road, they broke my side mirror (they did replace it), & they managed to lose a part on my door panel that has been discontinued. $5,000 later & missing parts, I am not happy & will never go back, unless I have to w/a lawyer if my engine goes out due to debris from driving w/no air filter.
