Big O Tires review: Don't expect quality work!

I had a slow leak in a tire and was fixed by Big O however, when I received the wheel back, they had scuffed up the outside of the rim, (paint was gone) and the inside of the rim had very deep marks from the machine they used to take the tire off. Deep meaning, I could not rub my finger over it without cutting it. I was told they do not assume responsibility for this because and I quote " It happens sometimes" I was also told that they are thinking about doing away with fixing flats because it's not worth the hassle. So, you mean to tell me that you sell tires and all the other things that comes with buying tires such as mounting, balancing, etc. But now you are going to stop fixing flats? This is a tire company; this is what you do! Give me a break, I can deal with them fixing a flat and then somewhere down the line the leak comes back but, I didn't expect to get my rim back in a damaged state it is. So, you don't want to take responsibility for damaging someone else's property? Harelson's Tire does the same crap. You cannot find quality craftmanship in the village of Safford AZ. So, in the end I was offered a $100 which is a joke considering it cost $33.00 to have them fix the slow leak and who knows if it's fix because I have yet to install back on my Challenger. Just to add, these rimes are worth a little more than $67.00. Place is a joke as is every other place in this village that offers service work. Stay away and enter at own risk because nobody here takes responsibility for the weak unprofessional actions! NEVER AGAIN!
