Terrible, asked for a tire change and top off on fluids. Turns out there is now a suprise oil leak and my local mechanic says he had a previous car come in from the same place complaining about the same problem. Also a seperate location snapped a bolt off and replaces it when we go back to complain... nothing but creating more problems/expenses for you dont fall for their scam.

Please avoid to save yourself time and money!

Recommendation: I recommend finding another shop that will handle your vehicle with care and that actually has standards. Clearly Big O Tires has 0 standards. Go to a place that actually cares about their work and customers, this place has no business being above a local mechanic.
