Big O Tires review: Bent my wheel...

On April 3rd of 2025 we took my wife's 2018 Mazda 6 touring into Big O Tires, 1520 W Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX, 75010 for a wheel balance and rotation. When it came out, and we were driving home, the car was all over the road. It shook, was hard to steer, clearly a dangerous vehicle to drive. When I did make it home I checked the lug nut torque on each wheel. Each lug nut was torqued well over 200 ft/lbs. With a 24 inch breaker bar, it took everything I had to break loose each lug nut. They should be torqued at 90 ft/lbs. I re-torqued each lug nut properly and took it for a drive. It was better, but it still shook: clearly something was wrong. I took it back to Big O Tires and they told me a wheel was bent. They tried balancing it the "standard way" and it would not balance. They told me they had some other piece of equipment that could balance it. They tried that. It was improved but not entirely correct. You can still feel the shimmy at highway speed. They contacted the owner of the store and he said he would be happy to sell us a replacement wheel AT COST. AT COST! Are you freaking kidding me? You damaged my wheel and expect me to pay for it. I don't think so scooter. I'm in the process now of getting Corporate involved. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
