Our company placed an order for televisions at the Best Buy mueller location. An unauthorized individual picked up the items, then returned done to upgrade to a larger model using their own credit card. We reported this immediately and opened case #371517613. Instead of a resolution we were blocked from placing additional orders. We are requesting a proper investigation and resolution.
