On the 24th August at about 2 o’clock in your Liverpool store my wife and daughter whose 18th birthday was were shopping. In this particular shop. I walked in to try and find them and I text and told me they were in the changing room so I said I would wait outside at the time I was wearing my earbuds, listening to music, and as I walked out the doors, the alarm went off not realising as I walked to the glass barrier,outside the shop I could faintly hear someone shouting at me, and as I turned, took my earbud out, and this girl from the shop was shouting at me to get back in because the alarm is gone off bearing in mind, she was talking to me like a common criminal she was very rude so I was rude to her. The next minute she’s shouting at me so I walk out the shop and then she realised that it was another couple who had one of your bags that the alarm is gone off no apologies, or nothing to me. The next thing I have two security guards comedy and standing out the shop staring at me after they had spoken to her but never bothered to ask me what the problem was bearing in mind my daughter had spent well over £150 in your store. If she didn’t like your stuff so much I would’ve made her take it back and get a refund.

If that’s the way you train your staff, I would seriously think about getting them some retraining. She was rude and so was the other girl who was in the shop staring at me from the door.

As I stood there, your alarm went off for about 20 people who came out your store with bags. If there’s a problem with your alarms, I suggest you get them fixed because you make your customers look like criminals every time the alarm goes off as I watched one lad Keep checking all the bags.

If you can’t resolve this problem, I will take it further.
