product & customer service
Dear Sir,
I'm very disappointed, Irritated and shocked because of the treatment that I found in your Egypt's branch, where I have bought a pair of shoes (go on model) as I found a defect after one week from buying it ( please check the attached pictures)
But what is really annoying me is what the brach manager has done and his reaction as he refused to refund the money or even shows the defective shoes to your quality team. I have been dealing with Bershka for a long time and I do trust your management so I hope to take the necessary action concerning this issue
I'm looking forward to your reply, and feel free to ask for any further information.

e-gift card not activating
I purchased an e-gift card on 31st October 2017 for a friend.
She received the gift card, tried to make a purchase but was told the card was not activated. She contacted Bershka and was told the problem would be sorted. However it wasn't.
I then email and explained the problem, again I was told the issue would be sorted out and the card should be activated, again when Leah tried to use the card it still didn't work.
Around the 23rd December I contacted Bershka and said to the operator that I wanted my £40 refunded to me. She said she would email head office to explain this, I also emailed to explain this. I saw my friend over Christmas and gave her £40, thinking that I would be refunded the money as I had been asked.
I then received an email on the 27th Dec to say Leah has received the gift card and it was working.
I have spent a lot of time trying to sort this out, and I am now £40 out of pocket. I would like my £40 refunded to my account ASAP like I asked when I spoke to an operator on the 23rd December. It is Bershka's error that they activated the card when I specifically said to refund me.
Worst textile: polyamide!
i bought a sweater from bershka. i bought it thinking it was made of wool or mixed with wool but after one usage i felt that something was wrong. the sweater was pulling all the dust over itself. than i realized that it was made of polyamid, just like the other sweater that i bought from ZARA. the worst stuff ever. i can't use it without spending 1 hour to make it clean. even i can't make it %100. plus, the manager of the stores don't accept to take it back. it's sad. ZARA is making me sad lately.
employee behaviour
The day 19 july 2013 was the worst day of my life! This happened in Bershka shop in oxford street where an employee started to insult me and my family. She was verbally abusing me, saying " hi, son of a [censored], you have to die, you and your family", and displaying physical violence: following me around the store and slapping me repeatedly in front of...
