I bought a pair of swimmers, but sizing not big enough. Which was unfortunate as the swimmers were nuce. Their sizing didnt go big enough for an exchange,so i returned the swimmers, at a substantial postage cost, only for them to not be delivered in China, due to the seller not paying taxes. They lie about returns and make it sound an easy return and refund transaction.

I have now paid more than $100 and end up with nothing ….i could have kept my swimmers and donated them

I paid for expedited shipping and the swim suits still came a week late. One of the suits wasn't even the one I bought. When I needed to return them all because none of them fit right, they told me I was past the 15 day return policy. When I told them it was because I was on vacation and the package was late, they sent me a screenshot of their return policy and said "we are sorry, you can buy another swim suit for half price".

I ordered this bathing suit during quarantine and I will say it did take a while to ship. But - maybe that was because of quarantine? I'm not sure.

Anyway! I put it on when it arrived today and it is the most beautiful bathing suit I have ever ordered. I feel like it looks just like the pictures I feel so feminine and it fits SO well. I saw a lot of bad reviews on here after I had ordered the product so I was nervous to see what it would be like when I got it and honestly it's a really nice suit! I am about to go get another one.

Personally, I had a very good experience with them. I will admit that I too thought they were american, not chinese, so maybe i'll deduct 0.5 stars there.
The size was perfect for me, and I'm pretty plus size. I had to measure myself but their chart was accurate (for me, at least). The quality is on par with the prize (medium, i'd say). The suit didnhave a very small flaw, which I emailed them about with proof and guess what... They sent another one almost immediately. No extra cost, not even shipping, only 2 emails exchanged.
So yeah, as far as I'm concerned, they're ok in my book.

The bikinis I got from beachsissi company are truely gorgeous. There are lots of bikini models on their site and there are all wonderful. I didn't really know what to choose but in the end I chose these two models with great difficulty. As soon as I opened the package they had sent me, I immediately got in love with them and I soon tried them on. Besides being very beautiful and of good quality, they adhere perfectly to the body and are very comfortable as well. I order my swimsuit from them on June 13th and got it on July 13th. On their website, it tells you when It will get to you depending on where you live. On their website, it said that it would come to Israel (where I live) from 15 to 30 days and it came after 30 days. I kinda got scared about my order because I saw some horrible reviews here that said that the swimsuits are cheap, they are scammers and that their package got lost in the mail but it's different for everybody. My swimsuit looks exactly like the picture and has good quality material. In conclusion, I think online shopping is different for everybody and you shouldn't get scared because you saw some horrible reviews.

Maybe I was just lucky but I've had several good experiences with this company. My first order was exactly as per the website and arrived in good time (we live in an isolated area and are used to delays so it might not have seemed 'timely' to city dwellers) the second order was the same. I had been ordering surf swim tops one size up in case this was an Asian 'petite' manufacturer, and tops were slightly loose, so third order I decided to try a size down, I mistakenly ordered S instead of M (I had been ordering L) so when it arrived it was too small, and as it was clearly my error I did not expect any return policy, but they agreed to send me M for half the cost and I kept the S (which I gave to a friend). I know this could be seen as a scam if you don't have a friend and it was their mistake to send a wrong size or a poor fit, but this was my error so I was pleased with the result. I've been wearing the surf tops for nearly 2 years and still have not thrown out the first one, though it is really faded in the sun now from constant use, but the stitching has held up in sea water, so the quality is good. Surprised to see so many negative reviews, as I was happy with multiple orders from this company.

I purchased 2 dresses totaling $70. Both were mediums. One was too big. One was too small. Both unwearable. Instead of returning them they want to offer % off another order. Ummm. No thank you, not spending more money on something unpredictable. I decided to pay shipping to return them, thinking being lightweight I’d get something back. Nope. Costs just as much to return them to china. So I’m stuck with $70 of merch I can’t wear.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered almost $150.00 worth of clothes and it never arrived, AND I paid expedited shipping. There is no working phone number (well, one that goes to China and will ring ten times and then a message will break in and say it is a non working number), and upon first emailing them, they insisted it had arrived to my house and delivered. Then they ghosted me. I've emailed and called, and there is no longer any communication from them, period.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's a company in China who makes their money by ripping off customers and then not being available when problems arise. The sad part is that this review will not affect how they run their company; they will continue to rip off the public for as long as they can. Save yourself your time and money. And even then, they never got back to me with an answer about what happened to my missing items. And to top it all off, they refused to reimburse me for the items I paid for but never received.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Beachsissi to anyone. If something goes wrong with your delivery, you're completely unprotected. And while their customer service may respond quickly, they don't actually do anything to help you out. So, save yourself the time and money and shop somewhere else. That alone should have been a warning as it is tight considering most other major on line swimwear concerns are 30, 60 and 90 days. I got a suit for my wife, it didn't fit. I received unsolicited a second identical suit and was billed again. Now I have two suits that don't fit.

Emailed to return and was read the 15 day policy and was told to have a nice day. Tried a second time after I sent a list of their competitors return timeframes-same response. I am going to approach paypal and visa to see my possible courses of action.

General Comments: There was also no paper work (order number, return instructions, address etc) with the shipments. Their goal is to make returns difficult.

User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else. Too bad quality and delivery are fine.
