Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) review: Money kidnappers

I tried to make a purchase for a vacation package and it kept saying that my purchase was declined. I had well over what the amount of the purchase in that acccount but it kept telling me it was declined even though every time I tried it texted me a code which I put in everytime time. I finally called them to see what the issue was and they would not increase the amount I was "allowed" to use, even though it is my money they had to "allow" me to use my money, I consider that robbery, not allowing me to spend my money even though it is there. I prefer internet banking even though they are difficult to use due to not having a local branch, but I believe that is going to have to be the way I will have to go again.
