We got there on July 27th. Should have been up to check in by 2 pm. Unable to check in—- rooms were not clean yet. Finally got keys after 3pm. Got to room-keys did not work. The kids got in pool. I took them out -pool was not clear like it should have been. Went back to room to give them shower. Shower head would not work- called maintenance again- took 30 mins to fix. Finally got shower. When to dinner- came to
Room - keys did not work again. Maintenance came back. Got in room. AC was not working called maintenance again. Went to office to get towels and if we could get another room. A lady from another room was yelling at the clerk and asking people not to check in. We slept we no AC. Sweating and hot. I ask for discount on the room. I never got reply back. We have stayed at Wyndham Motels before and we were really satisfied . The maintenance man was very nice. I stayed on July 27th.
