dont order from them! i orderd oct 16th and still havent got my order. they dont answer emails or phone. the voicemail doesnt say who it is. they sent me a tracking number oct 28th but still havent sent it to post office. rip off!

I bought 4 things on Dec 12, 2020 and still ain't got 'em. I done tried to get in touch with 'em through email, *** messenger, and a post on *** but they ain't said nothin'.

This compny is a ripoff. They stole another company's patent and are selling a bad product. When I asked for help because the item was not what they said it was online, they said they would only give me my money back if I sent it back unused and in the original box. That's impossible, it's a dog toy. They say it's a hard plastic bowl, but it's really rubber and smells like tires. I don't think it's safe for pets to use.

I orderd a lickimat for my dog from Best Buddy Dog Products LLC on 2/9/22. They sent me an email saying they got my order and would email me when it ships. But it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything. I checked the website and it's been down for over a week. I tried to contact them on instagram and *** but only got a bot saying they'll send my message to a human. But I still haven't heard back from anyone. I want a refund because this company seems unprofessional and not working anymore.

I got some stuff from Best Buddy Dog Products LLC in Jan 2022, but they only sent me some of it. I emailed them 4 times about it, but they only answered the first one. They said they were sorry and that they would send a note to shipping, but they didn't say anything about my other 3 emails. They said their deliveries were late too, but I don't trust them to fix my order. I want my money back.
