Humane Rescue Alliance Taking pets from the property of well to do home owners without any explanation or reason.

On 08/10/19, An animal Control Officer from DC Humane Rescue Alliance came on my property and took two kittens from my front porch. I called the same day and was lied to that they weren't there. I called back the next day 8-11-19 and was told that they were indeed impounded. I told them I was on my way to pick up both kittens. When I arrived I had to pay $50. for each kitten, but I was able to bring them back home. On 8-15-19, a yellow note was posted on my front door by Officer Rose. She stated that I must schedule a visit to my home with her within the next 24 hrs. I tried calling her but she could not be reached. On 8-16-19, She returned to my home with a search warrant, two other Humane officers, two City Police officers. I was upstairs on the computer when they broke through my basement door. As they were coming up the basement stairs I hollered at them saying I was at home. The city police took me to the back yard while they searched my home and confiscated two cats and 4 kittens. Two of which I had already paid a $100. fee only two days ago. Officer Rose threatened me into signing a surrender form of ownership to the shelter. I told her that one of the kittens was very attached to me and I wanted him back. She said that it would be possible. I have left countless calls to 202-727-5944, Dan DeRaymo, Director of their Field Services, who to date has not returned any of my calls. They are able to make their own animal laws at will because they have no higher agency to regulate their actions. These pets were better off in a home then they are now in cages. They should at least refund me $100. the fee for my return of two kittens that are back in cages, and a repair bill of $300. for a busted basement door and frame.

Humane Rescue Alliance humane rescue alliance in washington dc strolls my block like they are isis, no joke!

I was bringing in my groceries and this guy walks up behind me while I'm walking into my house and says "Madam, we have a problem, sit right there" no joke I literaly dropped my groceries. This man, Stephon Daniels comes into my house, without notice, without asking…that's break in no? He claims to be a law enforcement officer so I said ok, show me your badge. He said "you don't make demands of me, that's not how this works". And he begins to berate me in front of my 9 year old daughter who was scared so bad she wet herself and was crying so hard she was literally almost in convulsions. This absolute [censor] went on to tell me how he knew I was beating my dog, neighbors turned me in, I'm going to jail etc. After he was finished, by that time I was backing out of my door to run because we were afraid for our safty, I told him, "Sir, we don't own a dog". Now I look into this guy and find out he's a pedophile! A pedophile working at Humane Rescue Alliance? How is that even true? Aparently it is and I'm living proof, this parasite broke into my home as far as I'm concerned and was attempting to SEXually assult my daughter if I would have backed down. I called the cops, they said that they are already investigating him. I'm absolutely disgusted and sick! His name is Stephon (Stephan, Stephen) Daniels. Put this sick dirtbag in prison!

Humane Rescue Alliance stephon daniels of humane rescue alliance is sexually harassing my wife!

My wife has been telling me that this creepy guy from Humane Rescue Alliance www.humanerescuealliance.org is harassing her and my 13 year old daughter. I've been stationed in Iraq and I'm with the United States MARINES. I've been away for a full year, I get back and find out that this punk Stephon Darnell Daniels (also known as Stephen and Stephan) has been coming by to check on my dog. Which is strange because when I left, I had my brother take the dog. My wife and daughter have both told this disgusting parasite of a human being multiple times that we no longer have a dog, yet he comes by regularly and goes through our house looking for this dog. He showed up at my daughter's school the other day and said that he was a "police officer" and if he didn't go with her, her mother would go to prison for a "very long time". He touched her in his vehicle. I'm far from done with this guy. It takes a special kind of lowlife to sexually harass the daughter of a Marin who is off serving this nation. Stephon Daniels is a pedophile and employed at www.humanerescuealliance.org in Washington DC. What kind of human being brings a veteran's wife to tears by telling her that she needs to produce a dog that lives in California or else he would have her thrown in prison and our daughter "sold to Mexican pimps", as he so gracefully put it. Enough is enough, call [protected] and find out why this sick, pedophile is able to work at an organization that is supposed to be making this city a better place.

Humane Rescue Alliance stephon daniels from humane rescue alliance smacked a child with puppy

Let me tell you something, I have ZERO patience for bullies and this is one story I'm going to tell. First, the criminal I'm talking about Stephon Daniels (Stephen, Stephan Darnell Daniels) who works at WWW.humanerescuealliance.org "Humane Rescue Alliance" in Washington, DC who also uses the address 5707 43rd Ave, Apt 2, Hyattsville, MD 20781 was caught, RED HANDED, smacking an 11 year old with a puppy Golden Retriever, in the face and head, REPEATEDLY until the boys nose and eye began to bleed. Stephon Daniels literally beat this child trying to keep the dog catcher from taking his puppy. I watched from my window and couldn't move, I'm embarrassed to say ☹

But when I did get down to the street I grabbed this [censor] arm before he could hit the child one more time and his response to me "Old man, you just F8cked with the wrong ni999a, I'll show up at your house at 2 am with an icepick!" as he was getting in his car to speed off I grabbed one of his business cards off of his dashboard. Where are the cops and why is this guy still employed?

Humane Rescue Alliance animal care services

Stephon Daniels from Humane Rescue Alliance in DC, caught beating dogs!

I'm sickened by what I just saw, only reason I'm coming forth with this is because the elderly lady was too afraid. Apparently this "humane law enforcement officer" isn't so humane and his name is Stephon Daniels (AKA Stephon Darnell Daniels, Stephan, Stephen) who lives at 5707 43rd Ave, Apt 2, Hyattsville, MD 20781 and works for Humane Rescue Alliance www.humanerescuealliance.org. An elderly neighbor called me frantically saying that a man was rifling through here things and turning her house upsidedown over her dog, something about her dog (it was hard to understand her because she was weeping so bad, I thought she had an intruder, so I ran over). Turns out this chubby punk named above, was turning her house upside down looking for a dog that had died almost a year ago. She told him that the dog had passed but he wanted to play tough guy and completely destroyed this poor lady's house. How the heck can the Washington DC based "Humane Rescue Alliance" employ such a [censor] and allow him to continue to abuse the elderly on such a random basis? What kind of narcissist does this to such a kind, poverty stricken, women? People please do your research on this [censor]. Make it impossible for him to hurt anyone else here! When he was leaving his business card fell out of his pocket and the contact info that goes to www.humanerescuealliance.org is [protected] ext 140, [protected] and [protected]. Come on people! We've evolved too much as a society to allow this to continue to happen in this wonderful city of ours!

Humane Rescue Alliance animal abuse

I saw this guy take a dog from a house on the next block. The girl he took it from was in tears so the dog was upset and confused. I saw Stephon Daniels proceed to lift the dog up in the air by it's choker collar and repeatedly smash it, head first, into the sidewalk. This poor puppy was yipping and yipping! He's at [protected]@humanerescuealliance.org here in Washington DC. I was standing there will three others and I'm praying I'm not the only person trying to seek justice for this and other puppies he's abused while working for the so called "Humane Rescue Alliance". I'm not seeing any posts here so I just might be but I'm on a mission! Call their office at [protected]!
