Time 3:36 I stayed on hold the customer service lady stated I needed to send in documentation for proof of ownership. I sent in as much info as I could. She than kept me on hold for 19 mins. While waiting I had my husband call, and she answered the phone as if I was not on hold. Once he gave the address, she realized it was the same one, then she came back on the phone and stated that I needed a lease. I explained to her for the last three days that. The apartment has not been occupied. We were showing it for renters. She ignored that and said I still need a lease. I ask her if she "so you want me to commit Fraud by making up a lease/" she in returned stated that I already committed fraud by calling in giving wrong socials I called in February. This is a false accusation. And defamation of my character. I am going to stop typing and thinking about this because my heart rate and pressure is going up.
I hope she satisfied

Recommendation: I wish EBR had 2 water companies this would not be my first choice
