Me and my wife was told that for gettin the water filter installed we would be gettin some products and we had to call them over and over again and wouldn’t get any responses. I called the office and when they answered they told me they would bring the items over next day. We’re still waiting. I call the office and they’re not answering. I call DJ and he’s always in a meeting. They are really bad with their customer service. They come all nice and friendly to sell their product and next they are dodgin you. When they were at our home I told Jose, “the boss” that my wife and I didn't want any surprises on their behalf. We are unsatisfied customers. Nothin they do now will get me to do business with them ever. Will not recommend to anyone.

On September 17th, I had an appointment for a demo on a water system. I was in a rush that day to be at my son's soccer game and was rushed by *** to sign a contract that was never discussed. He never said I would get a loan for 15K for the water system. He said just sign here and he'll take care of the rest. On September 18th, the installation crew showed up to install, but since I didn't know all the details, I sent them away and the system was never installed. I tried contacting the sales rep *** on 9/18/2022 to let him know I needed to cancel and the system was never installed. I never got a call back. In October 2022, Credit Karma told me a new loan was opened, and Dividend Finance emailed me saying my loan payments would start in December 2022. On October 18th, I was able to contact *** who said he would take care of it and remove the loan, but I never got a follow-up call and the issue is still not resolved. On 11/29/2022, I got a payment reminder that my first bill was due on 12/19/2022.
