Had sum questions bout their offers. They're team was prompt to respond on chat, answered all of my questions, and made sure it was right. Nice to find a company operating with integrity.

We bought the whole house water filtration and conditioner system in 2019 and we really love it. We can drink our water now, our clothes are cleaner, showering feels so much better, and the "bad water crud" that stained the tub, shower, and sinks are all gone!

I just chatted with a guy named Scott from the company. Scott answered all my questions and helped me pick the right product for my water problems. But he also wants me to get a water test done so he can make sure he's fixing all my water problems. He also gave me some suggestions on how to do that. I really liked how Scott was so careful and professional, and I'll definitely be following up.

When I first saw the Springwell Carbon Filter and Salt Free Water conditioner, I thought it was perfect. It promised all the benefits of a water softener without the hassle of salt or back-washing. So, I decided to buy it. But let me tell you, it's been a disappointment. It just doesn't work like they say it does. And when I called their technical services, they had a completely different story from what I read on their website.

First of all, it's not really a water softener. I thought it would make my water soft, but it didn't. And even after passing through the "conditioner," I still had trouble getting rid of water spots. It's actually harder to remove them now. And don't even get me started on the build-up on my shower heads and pipes. The conditioned water didn't magically remove it like they claimed it would.

To make matters worse, I noticed something strange. When I used the conditioned water to make ice in my ice maker and let it melt in a clear glass, I found white particles at the bottom of the glass. I would have drunk that water if I hadn't seen it. It's really disappointing.

I've tried using the water with no filters, only filters, and only the conditioner. Nothing seems to work. So, I finally gave up and turned off the whole system. Now, at least my ice melts clear.

After about 15 months of dealing with this, I've decided to throw the whole system in the trash. It just doesn't live up to the claims they make on their website. And to top it off, the company doesn't even respond to my emails. It's really frustrating.

Maybe their salt-based systems work better, but I'll never know. All I can say is, don't waste your money on the Salt Free system.

Donna G. I've been super impressed with this Company, since my very first call! I ordered the Salt-Free Filtration Unit because we've always used a Water Softener for the past 35 years. However, both my Mom and I are well over 70 years old and it's time to retire the salt! After researching Consumer Reports, Consumer Reviews, ComplaintsBoard.com, etc., I decided to take the leap of faith with the Springwell Filtration product that got so many good marks and praises. You can see that you can't please everyone (like John C), but they both put up good awareness about this product, so I'm leaning on the MASS reviews mainly because of the nice customer service that this company gives you. They not only explained (not in a pushy way) how the product will work for me (now that I can't use a Salt Softener anymore), but they sent me an email's with more options on the different products they carry and even a VIDEO on how to install it, how to Maintain it, etc. When I called back to ask if they knew Plumber's in our area that can install it for me, they sent me a list of names and phone numbers that are familiar with Springwell systems! How's that for customer service, when I live 2 hours away from their office?! I can't wait to get it hooked up on 09/21/'21 and I'll write another review on how it works for me. But for now, I'm impressed with EVERYONE I've talked to when I call with questions or need help. They even know how to make you HAPPY, when I had a bad day and I was grumpy on the phone!

I bought the salt free whole house system from Springwell in May , 'cause Mark from sales recommended it. We had a chat about it too. Mark checked the water quality in my area and didn't mention any problems with the crystallization process that happens with the salt-free system. I got the system while my house was still being built, but it wasn't installed until November . But guess what? By April , my water heater was all clogged up with crystals, and I had to replace the elements. And not just that, I had to take apart and clean every plumbing fixture in the house 'cause of those darn crystals. Can you believe it? It's been only 6 months since I started using their system, and now my faucets and water heater don't work anymore. I've been trying to get in touch with Springwell through emails to sort this out, but they haven't bothered to reply. I feel like I was tricked by their salespeople into buying the salt free system, and now they're ignoring me when I raise my concerns. It's just not right.
