Pushy sales staff
I was recently visited by someone from your company going door to door in my neighborhood and they knocked on my door. I refused, and instead of leaving like I asked, he pushed his way into my home and proceeded to give me the demo. I found it extremely rude and he only left after I told him several time I had an appointment to get to. I would like for you to better train your employees.

I have loved my LifeSource Water System for about 10 years - wonderful water quality with many pluses, ranging from great taste to better skin and hair after washing. I did have an issue a couple of years ago that was completely and promptly solved by the LifeSource rep I spoke with - he even walked my plumber through the needed issue checks and installation of the part that needed replacement. I highly recommend this system to everyone!

We stand behind our product 100%. There aren't many reviews on this site but if you go to Yelp or Trust pilot you will see a variety of different types of people in different areas. This might be more helpful.

I have loved my LifeSource Water System for about 10 years - wonderful water quality with many pluses, ranging from great taste to better skin and hair after washing. I did have an issue a couple of years ago that was completely and promptly solved by the LifeSource rep I spoke with - he even walked my plumber through the needed issue checks and installation of the part that needed replacement. I think these people are charlatans
I think these people are charlatans. They sold us a 1" pipe thick system and scheduled the installation two months out. Nicki, the sales person confirmed with her supervisor that if we convert the 1.5" piping to 1" piping, they can install the 1" system. I hired a licensed plumber and made the conversion at the rate of 750.00. When the day came, a fellow showed up and as soon as he found that the installation is underground said, he cannot work underground. We rescheduled another month out. This time, the technician, Jason, arrives and first thing out of his mouth is that he does not have the equipment to do the installation today! Then, he tries to upsell the 1.5" system that happens to cost over twice the 1" system. I called Nicki the sales person and she had no answer. She said the boss will call me back, and he did not. It seems that this family-owned business is into arm-twisting and tricking home-owners to buy over-priced and unnecessarily large systems. (the 1" system is about 8,000.00 dollars and the 1.5 inch system is 17,000.00! If they do not contact me with an explanation, it confirms that the owners are complicit with this bait, delay and switch technique. There are many other systems in market, stay away from these people.

I have proof that this system leaves scale on everything. See picture of my cat water fountain! It is not a soft water system, as advertised. The water tests very hard also. I wasted a lot of money for nothing. I will not be renewing it when it doesn't do what they claimed.
