Approx last August I returned 3 back closure Bras because I just had spinal cord surgery. I placed a new order for front closure bras thinking I would be given credit for the returned ones. I was instead given a store credit and charged full price for the new order.. last week I was once again able to wear back closure bras and inquired how much my store credit was. They said “unfortunately “. They had changed their bookkeeping procedures and my credit accounting was lost. I have texted several times with basically the same reply. Last Saturday I texted again and was told they were looking into it. Unfortunately over a week has gone by with no resolve. I want my store credit to purchase the Bras I need.
Claimed loss: $90 - $115. Depending on the sale price at that time.
