Bankcard Empire setting up a business in nj. blast calls and postcards. waited for computer listing

I had bought into a business plan and thought it was a good opportunity to be in business for myself. Bankcard Empire was sending me a computer print out for my area of businesses with credit card machines. I was to drop off a postcard explaining that they could use Bankcard Empire machine for a cheaper rate then what they were paying. The list did not come. They were suppost to also do blast calls for me that I had to pay for. They billed me and I do not believe any calls were made. I had to file bankruptcy, Chap 7, and nothing was done to Bankcard Empire. I had received a postcard telling me I was in a class action suit but that never happened?

Bankcard Empire charged money 3 times

Yesterday I decided to check my bills for at least 4 months and to reduce costs. I found out that a company called “Backcard Empire” charged money without my permission three times for a total sum of $16, 500. Of course it is a scam. But I called the police and they promised to return my money.

Bankcard Empire scam

I originally invested in the opportunity company to earn extra money. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. This business opportunity to me wasn’t a opportunity at all. I am struggling to make my payments because of this company. It is in my hope that you can see it in your heart to be warned that these are not a business opportunity. If in your heart you feel like you’ve been contacted by any of these companies by phone, Please contact [protected]) this company has a great staff. That allows you to collect your lost founds with no out of pocket fee.

Bankcard Empire money invested with no return

Nov. 2008, I got interested in and invested in the above company to supplement my income. I invested over $10, 000.00 with them. The Co. assured me I would make my investment back within the first year. The fact is. I never made any money at all. I recently became aware that the Co. was a scam. I would like help in getting my money back.

I too, was Ripped off by the ### at BankCard / AIG Promotions. They Charged over $15, 000.00 to my 2 American Express cards. I tried to cancel the "Business oportunity within a week But the slick Con Men / Women of their "Sales Group" and "Marketing Arm of AIG" insisted on charging more to my card and Assured me that the Increased volume of "Call Blasts and the Television advertising would pay of over three times what i had invested already and would increase the income to multiply the ad campaigns in other nearby cities while they were still available. I was CON-vinced (by these Con men) that the money would start being deposited into my account and that My Webpage / Web Portal would be accessible any time I wanted to start paying myself from my account. The only Webpages that were accessible, were tho ones on Their server with my log-in information always displayed at the top. Training pages from links on their home page only took one to another folder on the same server. I am glad that they were indicted and some of them went to jail, but that does absolutely Noting for all of the people that they Conned money out of. We are all Still suffering at the hands of those ###. All I want them to do is pay back the credit card company to clear my name. I took two credit cards, one from a less than $200.00 balance to over $10, 000.00 ( My limit on that card), and the other from a ZERO $0.00 balance to $4995.00 on a $5, 000.00 limit card. If anyone reading this has gotten any of their money back, I am sure that hundreds of people including myself would like to find out how. PLEASE, Let the rest of us know. If no one has gotten their money back, then Where is the money?!

You will find the list of all phony businesses involved, all property seized, all parties involved (complete Mersky family), and bank accounts frozen. The State of Arizona estimates that the value is in the $79 MILLION dollar area.

You should have canceled your credit card months ago in order to stop those charges. The reason they are citing "technical difficulties" now is because the US Postal Inspector raided and shut them down in mid-April and arrested their leader, Leslie Mersky, for fraud. Do a Google search on "bankcard empire raid" and you'll find numerous articles on the subject, in which it's mentioned that the US Postal Inspector has set up a number for their victims to call. You can call or fill out a complaint form on their website. Add your voice to the many who were defrauded; there's a chance for restitution once the S.O.B. who ran the place is convicted.

Someone posting as "Hazanko" is throwing the "M" word around, as in MOB. As organized as this whole situation was/is it is definitely a possibility.

This keeps getting more convoluted and complicated as each day passes. It will be interesting when the whole cockroach nest is exposed.

Again, we don't know who you are, so will not be providing you with information. If we've learned anything after this ordeal with BCE/MRS/OSC/AIG/Edgemont Productions, etc, etc, is to verify before trusting.

Give us your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number if you are legit, and not just a plant to gather victims information to "silence" them from testifying when this goes to court.

IF ANYONE HAS BEEN CONTACTED MY CORE PAYMENT SOLUTIONS or D.W. SCOTT FINANCIAL, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!
or anyone whos heard of them, or of Merchant Referral Solutions or Bank Card Empire!

Hello everyone, I deleted this post originally the day after I quit because the company I was working for was going to fire the person who recruited me in for posting it. I’m reposting it since this has become a useful tool for some people. Comment me if you would like, I can only tell you what I know nothing more. This is also not me bad mouthing a company for no reason; from the beginning of my work experience there….things did not seem legit. If you decide to buy and advertise with this company, that is solely your choice. I am just trying to help people understand that things may not at all be as it sounds or appears to you. And apparently someone told me that when they were called by Deluxe Marketing Group they were forwarded to the Core Payment Solutions website, this is why I think that’s their new name.

On March 4th, 2010 I quit my job at OSC LLC. This company goes by many names; Core Payment Solutions, Merchant Referral Solutions, Bank Card Empire, and also D.W. Scott Financial. The first 3 business names are all the same company; they change their name once people have caught on that they are fraudulent. I have been working for this company since October of 2009. The reason for my quitting is that I felt uncomfortable working there for sexual harassment that taking place, by the way the fake name that I was told and agreed to use was AMY BRADSHAW. My last day, my boss (Luke Rose also known as JOHN FICHER/FISHER, BOB WALSH, or JEFF DAVIS) made it very clear that I was not welcome working there unless I wanted to have sexual relations with him. What many people do not know about him is that he went to jail for 2 years before being employed at this company for drug charges, and this is what I was told directly by him. He gets paid off the money he convinces people to give the company for marketing their credit card machine business. PEOPLE PLEASE LISTEN! If you give anyone from this company your credit card information for the promise of receiving thousands of dollars within the next 12 months YOU WILL BE BROKE AND A FOOL! The money does not go to your marketing. It will supply this company with the capital it needs in order to run their fraudulent telemarketing company and LUKE ROSE or any other "marketing coach" will be paid percentages of that money (which is anywhere from $1000 - $30, 000). I was being paid cash $300 for setting up appointments for him to discuss these matters with the clients who were contacted by telephone a week before. They have 'marketing campaigns' that they say they are going to run for you to maximize the profits you’ll make with the company. They say you will have; Radio, Television, E-mail spams, and Telemarketing hours dedicated to your profit. They SAY they can only guarantee that they can set up 1% of the business’s that they come into contact with, since many businesses are under contracts that they cannot get out of. Luke Rose the reloader or marketing coach, whatever you want to call him personally told me that the money people put into this company doesn’t go anywhere but to pay for the light/water/upkeep bills for their location at 4240 N 19th Ave Phoenix, Arizona 85015 and it also pays management and of course the person you were lied to by gets a portion of the earnings. Also, you may or may not believe me BUT this company brings in HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS each week. Luke Rose himself has brought in as much as $70, 000 in just one week alone.

PLEASE IF YOU WANT ANY MORE INFORMATION, given that my fingers could go on for quit a while with all the information I have gained since working here PLEASE TELL ME YOU'D LIKE TO SPEAK and I will do all I can to provide you with the information on how they go about doing what they do, give you the personal information of some of the people who work there, or to just let you know what you’re getting into before you decide.

The company may already have thoughts that I will and/or tell people what’s going on there, many are previous criminals themselves and have been doing this for years. These people don’t care what you say to them, if you don’t give your money to them they will fight you verbally but in the end they will move on to the next victim. THEY TARGET NICE PEOPLE WHO ARE GULLIBLE or ELDER (please family's keep tabs on your mothers and fathers who may be easily drawn in with a good sales pitch) ALL THEY WORK FOR IS MONEY, they don’t have to worry about anything else because they’re company pays top dollar for lawyers.

IF YOU ARE AN ATTORNEY or KNOW AN ATTORNEY and want to take action PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I will do all I can to help you stop this from happening. I will be honest I just finished High School last year and I am still a pea in the pod right now. I don’t know any lawyers and I don’t know anyone who does, if you do I personally would want you to bring these places down. People max out their credit lines to help themselves with this company, which is just a false hope to them.

If you have already given your money to them, I am greatly sorry for being a part of this! If you remember my fake name as AMY BRADSHAW or ELA GREEN, I will understand your anger and pain for me to help these people in what they are doing. I am willing to testify for the greater good of everyone.

This company is a rip off. I decided to try a home based business and this one seemed easy enough. All I had to do was send people to my website (they provided a one page site). Customers/Businesses would fill out an interest form. It would go to the company and they would sell the merchant account and I would get a percentage of the sell and if they purchased the equipment to process credit cards, I would also make money on that. Then a marketing person called me to market my website with email and call blasts. At the tune of $50, 000.00. Was told all the leads would go into my back office on the sight and then I would call the lead and have them call the company with my affiliate number and I would make my money back in 2-3 months and keep making money thereafter. Well, I never got the call and email blasts leads in my back office and called them. They said it was never implemented and would send them out again. I check the back office on a regular basis and never have received any leads. I filed a report with the WV Attorney General"s Office and they are taking my case. Please call your Attorney Generals Office if you've been ripped off by Bankcard Empire.

I received a call from Bankcard Empire and purchased their business along with spending $1000 for the call blast with a promise that I would receive double that amount within the first two to three months. Each time I would call to check on the account I was given the run around. Never could speak back with the so called coach who set me up on the call blast system. Almost a year has pasted and I have lost $1250 and have yet to receive a dime, phone call, or letter from Bankcard empire. This is one business that should not be touched.

TSP Solutions is a company with an agent named Christina Saldana. Christina Saldana is the Notary for Bankcard Empire/Davidan Corporation. If you are able to get your credit card company to do a chargeback of funds that Bankcard Empire/Edgemont Productions charged to your account, then TSP Solutions steps in as a "Collection" Agency" and threatening you with non-payment. This in essence destroys your credit profile if you don't give into the threat.

Contact the Senators and House of Representatives for the state of Arizona, and ask them why there are very few regulations on these so called business. And why there are so many operating out of Arizona? Get a Congressional investigation going on these businesses in Arizona.

Edgemont Productions isn't even a licensed, registered business in Arizona. The only Edgemont Productions I could find is in Marshall, Texas run by a woman named Christina Anderson.

The Federal Trade Commission who investigates these types of business and the cold calls they produce, are down from 2000 employees to 1000, and they don't have enough people to keep up with the reports. These businesses are working on that by staying under the radar, unless people start to fight back, like they are now, then the companies started threatening defamation litigation. Deep pockets, especially since they are using someone else's money, and as long as people keep getting entrapped in their "program", "call blast", "e-mail blasts", and "sure thing" scripted messages, they will have more money to punish the people who complain when their chain is jerked. Bankcard Empire disputed charges

I got hooked with the opening phone call and how quickly I could start making money. I let them charge $295 to my credit card to start and all I got for that was some dvds and 10 business cards. When "surprisingly" I was not bringing in local clients for them, then their marketing department kicked. They called and promised me an advertising campaign called "phone blast" for another $500 dollars. They were so convincing that I fell for it. Then after just a few days, I realized that I had run my credit card up to the limit and I had no way of knowing that they would make any calls on my behalf. I tried to dispute the charges, but they came up with paperwork showing some calls and statistics... the only thing is that those calls supposedly started 3 days before I signed the contract. My credit card company still sided with them and I am stuck with the debt. It also took several tries and my local banks cooperation to get them to stop charging me the $19.95 for their "webhosting service". These people will bleed you dry if you let them... I hoped I would never hear about Bank Card Empire again and today, I received a call from yet another one of their divisions. They knew that the "Phone Blast" advertising hadn't been successful and they wanted to sell me another advertising package! Outrageous. I want to get the word out there about Bank Card Empire so that people like me aren't stuck with all this added debt.

Oh, No, not another victim! This company is run by David Adam Mersky (registered lawyer in New York), was started by Leslie Mersky (known for past financial FELONIES), and has a network of LLC's (Limited Liability Company) marketing for them. You may want to close all the credit/debit cards you used, otherwise they will keep TAKING and TAKING from them. Contact the Arizona Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General (Terry Goddard) about this business. You won't see a dime of your money back, and they may send you a letter threatening defamation litigation for your comments on the internet (if they can identify you by your comments). They KNOW how to play the game and have some powerful FRIENDS backing them up. We have even begun to wonder about Terry Goddard and his association with the lawyers running these businesses. They may be going by another name, Merchant Referral Solutions and Danielle Merrie Mersky runs a business called Advanced Debt Consolidation. It is a FAMILY enterprise, and if you get a chance to check out Leslie Mersky's criminal history he has been at it for a LONG time. He was involved in one of the largest non-drug money laundering schemes in US Customs history. Watch your back!

Bankcard Empire promised income and services that I did not receive. high pressure sales. misrepresentation of services.

I called my credit card company for a charge back in regards to BankCard Empire. Reason code - they promised me income and services that I didn't receive. I have since learned that
Merchant Referral Solutions aka
Maximum Business Concepts used to be
Bankcard Empire which has numerous (in the hundreds) complaints against it and was told to “cease and desist” their business practices by the State of Illinois.

I called BankCard Empire in regards to a charge they made on my credit card for $xxxx. I was pressured into buying a marketing package. They claimed that their services were for “Advertising, 3500 direct telephone calls and 3500 emails and a personal website that would drive traffic to my personal website” and that I was guaranteed to produce customers for my personal business with Bankcard Empire.

BankCard Empire and Maximum Business Concepts told me that by investing $xxxx in their company (Bankcard Empire) I would realize a return of up to $35, 000 within 2 months, plus for an extra $500 I would be given a Web Site so I could monitor my earnings. The money would be generated by calls and emails that would be made on my behalf by them. When I saw no action I filed a complaint with the BBB. The response I get from them is; it takes six months for the program to complete and if at that time I made no money then they will reinstate it for another six months.

After trying to get more details and being tossed from representative to representative, I found out that they really only offer “credit card, check processing and merchant financing services”. That is NOT what they informed me that they were offering.

During my telephone call I asked for them to cancel their service and refund my $xxxx.
I received absolutely nothing in return for my $xxxx, except a packet containing an invoice and a 1099 form, along with some information about the “business opportunity” we had “invested” in. I told MRS representatives I was not interested in this business, at which point I heard “no refund” and was hung up on.

Absolutely nothing promised was provided for me, and Bankcard Services provided false or unsubstantiated claims in advertisement and also a false contract. I also claim that the sales presentation misrepresented the service, their sales presentation used dishonest sales practices and they used high-pressure methods.

I am also claiming that Bankcard Empire failed to provide promised assistance or support for products or services. They also failed to honor their money-back guarantee.

I was told that I could not cancel my service, and that I would not win with my credit card company. I asked if this was a threat, the representative said, no, it’s a promise.

The FTC *requires* a financial “disclosure statement” be provided to potential investors/business owners, along with the names of at least ten people and their earnings, ten days before a contract may be entered into. This was also not provided.

They got my name as a lead from somewhere indicating that I want to own a business or make money from home. They have several reseller companies some of which as far as I can tell are Universal Business Solutions, AIG Promotions, HBO Media, Edgemont Productions, etc. In their initial sales call to me they told me that if I spent $xxxx that I would make $2, 000 per month forever and would turn a profit on the original $xxxx within 2-3 months. This is FRAUD. They know perfectly well that this won't happen. If it did, they would spend their OWN $xxxx and not MY $xxxx to turn their own profit in 2-3 months. I asked them what percentages of people who buy make a profit. They continually deflected the question.

Complaints filed by consumers allege refund and sales practices. According to information in BBB files, customers purchased a business opportunity for $150 to $500 plus an additional $19.95 per month for a personal website. Customers indicate that after the product was purchased, they were then contacted by affiliates of Merchant Referral Solutions (MRS) and were offered advertising campaigns for costs up to $35, 000. MRS typically responds to complaints by stating they are not responsible for refunding their affiliates' charges and that Merchant Referral Solutions charges are non-refundable.

I am requested and received a charge back of my entire payment of $xxxx for the reasons stated above from my credit card company.

Bankcard Empire misleading recruitment

In 2/24/09 I responded to an ad in the Internet. The initial contact played a tape. My understanding was that I was to solicit businesses to install their brand of credit card machine, which would be cheaper than what they (customer) is paying now. After I was turned over to the supervisor it became apparent that it involved much more direct selling. I have bad knees and bank and am scheduled for a knee replacement in 1-2010. Nevertheless it seemed I could work this from my home with no further outlay. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from a co. which takes your money and send out a "blst" of offers to various addresses they get from a marketing source. In otherwords, the more names sent out the greater chance of getting interested prospects, but at approx. $1 per name. I could not afford this. After seeing that I could not afford to buy advertising and my limited contacts with businesses I finally talked with who I assumed to be a manager, who said that if I wanted out I could do so. Unfortunatelt, not seeing their initial $50 charge I thought it had been dropped but I now notice that I did pay it in 3/2009. Tonight I was asked to sign some papers and return them so that I would not be charged a mo. fee.Theses included credit card charge papers I never saw although I did charge the initial material.
This business is misrepresented and for $150 one gets a folder of a few avertising materials but no training materials. There is always the push to buy advertising.
This co. also says they loan businesses money at substandard rates.

Make copies of all you documents before returning them, as there have been rumors that some forgery has gone on using peoples signatures. Don't give them access to your Social Security Number, and if you have used one of your credit/debit card CANCEL it now to prevent possible charges against it. They say they record all calls and will use them against you, we believe by cutting and pasting your conversations to look like you agreed to something you may not have. Be VERY careful dealing with this company, it is like a spider web, where no matter which way you move they will try to eat you financially.

Bankcard Empire false purchase of google ad $2,000.00 paid

I received a call from rep. frank mont0ya in august 09, concerning a purchase I made for a business opportunity with bankcard empire in the amount of $159.00. his call was for me to purchase an ad spot with google ads page which would be a main ad to advertise my business name and number code. my ad would appear near a new page advertising a new gambline place in los vagas and guarenteed to produce customers for my business with bancard empire. mr. montoya quoted a price of $4, 000.00 cash purchase for one year ad on google or $2, 000.00 for 6 mos. I purchased the 6 months ad for $2, 000.00 on friday august 21, 2009, by fax as instructed by mr. montoya. the site was verified by "katie" for the purchase of an ad on google, powed by google.
When I checked the google site, I found another agent for bankcard empire, with his picture and his id. mine was nowhere on the powed by google page site, I paid cash for.
I spoke to mr. earl on 2/29/09 in regards to this purchase and refund of my $2, 000.00. he was going to speak to his supervisor concerning my problem with the refund. I then got a call from my brother in mississippi concerning the emergency call concerning my older brother being rushed to slidell memorial hospital with a heart attack. bud mendoza is the brother in ambulance being rushed form ward 9, arabi, of new olreans, la.
I then had to pack, close up my home and drive 5 hours to mississippi to my younger brouthers home to meet with him to drive to slidell hospital. I am now home and following up on my call and talk to earl to conclude the process of a "refund for
$2, 000.00. which he said was owed me" thank you for the opportunity to get this to you.

Bankcard Empire no more!

I signed up with BCE almost one year ago with lots of sweet-talk about training with high-ranked people, promises to "walk with me" in this so-called business. As fast as I signed up, the person who signed me up disappeared. Then phone calls started about investing in advertising. I was skeptical until I met Kimberly. VERY PERSONABLE, CONFIDENT, and wooed me with ideas about her helping me to pay off my house in 6 months. I was even told I would have a 10% guarantee of the e-mail/call blasts or my money back. She said I was guaranteed 7 machines($3500). Seemed like a win-win for me so I "invested/gave away" $700 for advertising. Guess who else disappeared? For months now I have tried to get the company to stand by what their people told me but nothing yet. VERY expensive lesson learned!

Bankcard Empire fraudulent statements court action

I got involved in this business over 8 months ago and have been sold the business, some call blasts and email blasts as well as radio advertising. I have spent in excess of 15, 000 dollars and have yet to get a single merchant. I see a lot of people going through the same ordeal, some spending even more than myself and some less. I have retained a firm who can represent disgruntled affiliates nationwide through their vast network of attorneys and all I need are at least one dozen people who have absolute issues regarding what they purchased and the results as well as how it was represented to establish a class action. If you are a person who has not been contacted after tries to speak to someone at this company or have spent monies with no real track record of where the money went, (as is my situation, all I get are Google maps of areas and not specifics, please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com. Please do not respond here as I am sure this is watched daily. I am sick over this as I am not a rich person. I retired 4 years ago but this looked like a good opportunity so I "invested" some of my pension. I am worried now. IF you feel the same way...PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE ON THESE FORUMS. I am hoping I can get the RIGHT people together to get this going quickly. I have been assured by the attorneys that if enough people have solid evidence, we can move quickly.I see people who appear to have lost money as well, so if you want to get the ball rolling quickly, please step forward and help me to help you as well. I look forward to talking to those of youthat are in the same boat as myself. Please put Bankcard Victim in the subject line as I get a lot of email. I am usually quiet but Let's NAIL these ###.

Bankcard Empire credit card number was used

Bankcard Empire called me right after I refused an offer on the internet. It was like this Co. had given them my Phone number. I was talked into a special offer from them for $247.50. I recieved my package a few days later. My credit Card Co. called and said some one was trying to buy something off the internet with my Number for a $1000.. Thank goodness, I have a watch co. with my card. They red flagged it . Whomever it was would'nt give their name or address. When Bankcard Empire called me back (twice), they acted like they had never heard of Credit Card Fraud. I cancelled that Card, so they won't get anymore. I think someone in their Co. is trying to use people's credit card Numbers to buy stuff on line. Thank You . Ripped off in Georgia

Bankcard Empire took $10,000.00 no return as promised in 2-3 months. it's been almost 5 months

Mike Downey, who claims to be a coach at Bankcard Empire called me in late 9/2008. He told me he would do all the work, I had to do nothing but collect the money when it came in. He charged me $10, 000.00 and that was to be matched equalling 20, 000.00. He told me I would have all or most all of my initial investment back in 2 to 3 months. It has been nearly 5 months and I haven't seen a penny. I have called the company and just been given excuses and told the pay off should be any day etc.

I was just contacted by another company today called Card Services network, telling me Bankcard empire is ready to go under and if I signed up under them for $500.00 I would get the paper work to do a charge back against Bank card empire for the entire amount. I am not about to give anyone any more money. I am from Oregon, is there a way without going through them to get the paper work to do the charge back? And file a complaint with anyone I can. In my oppinion there should be a class action lawsuit against Bankcard Empire.

Respectfully,
Cheryl Clark, [protected]

Not only was over $5000 invested, but I do believe they are double charging my girlfreinds account for some stupid hosting fee. Not only was there nothing close to the investment made back.. But there was NOTHING at all.

Asked for proof on ANYTHING they did as to thier services, and nothing was given.

This is a hoax. This is a scam. There is NO MONEY at the end of this skittles rainbow.
Not little, but NONE.

I do believe that I have a friend that is a lawyer. I am now sure if he will take a case like this, but he may be able to direct me to someone that will. Also one of our friends is FBI but I am sure they have no interest in this, but again being with the government perhaps he can give me some direction and approaches.

Ive seen companies like thie go down in the past over such activities.

Hi Cheryl, I completely agree. BankCard Empire is a real RIP OFF---DON'T BOTHER!. I have over $1, 000 invested with them with absouletly NO RESULTS, and in fact they took some potential customers out of my 'back office' they said I didn't really have. Who knows wether that's really correct or not? They said they were going to send me a report of who they called, who they spoke with, etc., when I signed up, and now they said they didn't have too and that it was not PART OF THEIR PROGRAM. Yeah, right! The only part of their program is taking your money! That's It. BUYER BE WARE! Even if you DO ask all of the upfront questions on your own behalf, doesn't matter...it's a SCAM ! If you do find of a class action suit against them, please let us BankCard Empire SCAMEEES know about it. Thanks, mbiggs@hotmail.com.

How could they do this. I was so happy about this business as they really did take me.

Why in the world would ANYONE EVER give 16, 000 without fully researching something? I wouldn't give my info over the phone for more than $200! In fact, not more than say... 129! That is my limit! If someone wanted 16, 000 for such a fast return, they could take it out of my earnings when I got the money. Anyone who asks for money up front like that is a scam. I don't care how good or beleivable it sounds. You have got to be ###ED to give anyone that kind of money. I wouldn't give that kind of cash to my MOTHER much less a company I didn't know!

I COMPLETE AGREE! I have yet to hear anyone (including people i have contacted on linkedin.com and people contacting me from all over) who have said they have had any success. Everyone buys into the call blasts or email blasts for thousands of dollars because of the strategy of "you buy 2000 call blasts and email blasts for a 6% return" which to me means that out of 2000 total, I should get around 120+ businesses to sign up giving me $500 dollars per sign up. This and only to find out the buyer can not get a refund nor any paperwork stating they actually had the service they bought done for them.

Bankcard Empire falsely representing themselves

Company Alleges that you pay $500.00 to get all the information and training you need to go out and talk to merchants to get them to buy or lease the credit card terminals and once these terminals are in place you recieve a commission on every transaction that the merchant does, then on top of this you are asked if you would be interested in participating in what they call a "call blast that is where they supposedly call a bunch of new merchants and entice them in to signing up with Bank Card Empire and for every merchant that they enroll you will be signed up with them, and this only costs another $300.00 to which you see no results or feedback.

So, Michael Reeder, how did it works out with Mr. Robin Phillips, if that is his real name?

The only Edgemont Productions I could find is in Marshall, Texas run by a woman named Christina Anderson.

after reading all these texts its worse than i figured i am an affiliate of bce and i was approached vea cell phone from a company representing bce with the opportunity for a fast track into the sales business. 5000 dollors for 2500 call blasts and 2500 e-mail blasts to new merchants looking for credit card processing. I thought what a great plan make some money from this ad investment so i could expand my ad campaign to the google forum. I started for bce on the 14th of may and haven't seen a dime. The customer service number that Bob Scott (the sales person representing bce) gave me was the number for bce customer service. Every time i call i GET A RUN AROUND and a very polite ( I HAVE SENT AN e-MAIL TO THE SALES DEPARTMENT AND YOU SHOULD BE GETTING UR BI WEEKLY REPORTS IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS) this friday august 28th will be the 4th time i should be getting my reports in about two weeks. asfter this post i will be calling the number in the above texts to get some answers. If bce isn't to blame then it was a company that they had to authorize to sell ads for them and they need to take the issues i have and resolve them. The 5000 dollors was invoiced to edgemont productions but all the faxs and documentation was sent through bce. I was promissed not garanteed of course that i wouldn't have to sell anything that this call blast program would pay for its self and even if it didn't you would think that they could have sold to at least 110 out of 5000 merchant contacts that are looking for credit card processing

Bankcard Empire rip-off

I too have been ripped off by bankcard Empire. Paid them $195.00 in August 2008 for affilliate training manuel which was a joke. But I still didn't learn.Got a call from them saying if I purchased e-mail and call blasts I could make more money. So after I charged $5000 on my charge card I received a call the NEXT day from someone else from their office saying if I would invest $35, 000 I might have a chance making some good money. I could still make money with my little amount of $5000 but the wise people were investing more. Thank goodness I didn't fall for that one. So now it it January 2009 and I have NOT MADE ONE DIME! Do not sign up with these people!

Bankcard Empire ripped off

I have no site to reach anyone, phone calls don't get answered, unless their senting announcements! I paid $200.00 before they sent me the papers to sign and the dvd. I will not sign these papers and I can't get a hold of anyone. I believe they are trying to wait until the 30 days go by to act like I missed the deadline.

Where do I go to actually talk to someone, before I can't get my money back.

They said I would make money by using call blasts. it cost me $4300.00 plus $516.00 enrollment fee. to this date I have made nothing and they will not refund my money because they have a no refund policy which they said they told me when I enrolled. this was a lie. they have the transaction recorded so when I requested a refund they said they would play back the tape and if there was no mention of the no refund policy they would refund my money. there was no mention and they refused to give me a refund. they also said that after 12 months if I didn't make any money I would get a refund. this also was a lie. and there were no call blasts done because I contacted some of the companies on my website and their response was that they never heard of bankcard empire. there was also misrepresentation because they said they are affiliated with visa and mastercard. this was not true because I called both and they stated they also never heard of bankcard empire.

I also have been ripped off from bankcard empire for $10, 000.00 plus 175.00 start-up costs and 19.95 per month for website. I have filed compliants with BBB in Arizona and the Attorney General office. I filed out a scam report with the postal service, but I have heard nothing. I would be willing to be part of a class action lawsuit against these people and the affliate companies.

***Update***

I can say that I have seen a residual payment from Bankcard Empire. The payment was for the first and second month and it totaled around $1400. I feel that this amount is low for the two months considering I was told I would receive 1% of the volume that was ran through the terminal. I should aslo tell everyone that these results are not normal, I got lucky and signed the company I work for up. They process hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. I should be getting my check for May within the next couple of weeks, so I guess I will see how that goes. Once you get past the sales people (not all of them, I can recommend a good one) and all their lies you can actually make money. The one thing that the sales staff is consitant at is lieing to make a sale. I will also say that the president of the company helped me out with a problem I had with one of the salesman. If I remember I will post a copy of the check or the stub on here when I get my next check, but I will mark out all my information and any of their banking info just for security purposes. My attitude is still neutral towards BCE because I don't think I am receiving ALL of my residuals, but I am in constant contact with the president and the lady that cuts the checks. If I can be any help, please let me know.

Hi all,

Just today some guy called me on my cell and started talking about $500.00 and how I can get it etc and etc that I should be owning a website and asked me to go to his website which is www.bankcardempire.com and atlast he said he will charge me 19.95$ for every month and asked me what was my visa expiration date and then it hit me no way am I going to give this stranger any details of my visa...so I told him why will I give you the expiration date of my visa, no way... and then he hung up! Wow, what a scam! He tells me did I not know that I can make money on the internet and that too by staying at home! I told him whoever says that isnt true at all.

Well here is the # he called me from...[protected]. Good luck to all. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE WHO SAYS YOU CAN MAKE MONEY ON THE INTERNET!
Go out and start working in any small place too. That will give us some satisfaction and pride too as no one can steal our own money without our permission.

I was skeptical at first and still kind of. I signed up anyway and I can say that I have received $500 check for signing up a large account. I am however trying to get ahold of someone to find out about my residuals but I can not get a straight answer. Becareful when talking to the telemarketers, they make claims that are not true like making up to $500 for each terminal that you switch over to them. Actually it is you can get up to $500 per terminal if the new company LEASES the machine. I have been talking to the president of the company David Mersky and he has actually been really helpful smoothing out some of the broken promises, but he too has an attitude and is bad at returning calls. I guess I will post again when (if) I actually see my residuals...

You are 100% wrong in thinking that your credit card company will "charge back" any fees charged to you...they (the credit card co.'s) protect themselves by stating they will not dispute any charges for "business use". You buy a pair of black shoes and receive brown shoes...they will dispute the charge. You buy a business model, and you have no such protection...LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Bob

It really makes me laugh to see the people talk about BCE. What they need to say is "I want to sit on my fat ### at home and watch t.v. and do nothing and I want someone to send me money all the time for doing nothing! Like a lifetime Obama package! I also requested information from online so I could do some work from home but I lied I just want to sit around and watch Dr. Phil and eat Ben and Jerry's ice cream."
The person who took time to complain has no other time just some [censored] who has no life and could not make in the world. If they know how BCE works they would not be able to say anything. like why does BCE give us leads to contact instead of BCE contacting them. First we all need to understand that BCE is directley with Visa/Mastercards merchant division. and so instead of having a building with reps and paying taxes and health insurance and etc. etc. for all the employees to be all over to contact these companies weather it be by phone or word of mouth they would rather pay someone who BUYS there own merchant ID number (500 bucks) (just like a car dealer buys there dealers number) to do the contacting for them. so lets look at another way then this [censored] above! Ford makes cars everyone knows that but hey if there was know dealerships would you know where to go get one? Hell no! So Ford and YOU need a dealer who paid for his dealers liscene to contact you and say here I am and I can get you the car you want! right!?
You have to remember all most of these places in busniess are being charged around 5% for everything that is purchased on there merchant teller. BCE is able to drop that in half so if they have 100, 000 going through every month thats 5, 000 they spend a month! well BCE can split that in half and give you 1% of it.
I know times r tough right now and there is money out there to be made its just people dont want to go find it because they are lazy. and the package you get is not a box of just busniess cards like this guy who i would like to say is as smart as ### rolling down a hill, it was full of all sorts of usefull info to get me going and I had a coach that contacted me and helps me and I am able to contact any time! I am make very good money, very well pleased and all I have to say is he probably will get his wish "sitting on his ### and having someone send him free money" ITS CALLED WELFARE! So good luck to all you people who thought you knew.

My mentally disabled friend was recently ripped off for over $5, 000. They won't even respond to her written request for a refund other than try to tell her how it is great, have missed multiple appointments to discuss a refund and will not refund anything.

Who are they?
These guys are doing business under a lot of different names, but they all come back to one thing - they are trying to rip you off:
Bank Card Empire
Ultimate Business Solutions
AIG Promotions
HBO Media
Edgemont Productions

#1 Evidence that they are a SCAM

First of all let's think about their offer. They want you to be an affiliate to refer people to sell their merchant account products. Take a look around at affiliate programs out there. The legitimate ones don't charge you $500 for the opportunity of referring people to them. That is ridiculous and should warn you right away that something is wrong. The website that they are selling you is a replicated website which means it is useless in the search engines and is just a copy of the same thing they give everyone else - they call it 'your' website but it is just their website with your affiliate ID. Legitimate affiliate programs don't charge you to link to their website as an affiliate.

Second they will try to convince you to pay them to market their own product for you. Does that make any sense at all? If they were making money by marketing their product why would they cut you in? They wouldn't!

Here's an example. Let's say I have a business selling merchant accounts. And I make phone calls on the telephone to sell my product. Let's say I make an average of $3 per call. Would I turn around and tell you I would call those people on your behalf for $2 per call? Of course not! I would want to keep the $3, not share it with you. However let's say I make less than $2 per call - say $0 per call. In that case I would sell that to you all day. Think about it! Them charging you for them to do their marketing for their company is obviously wrong. If they were making money on those leads why would they sell them to you instead of use them themselves? The obvious answer is that they aren't making money on those leads and they know perfectly well that you won't either! (Of course once it a while someone will make money, but the VAST majority will lose money.)

When I called in they told me that if I spent $5, 000 that I would make $2, 000 per month forever and would turn a profit on the original $5, 000 within 2-3 months. This is FRAUD. They know perfectly well that this won't happen. If it did, they would spend their OWN $5, 000 and not MY $5, 000 to turn their own profit in 2-3 months. Ask them what percentage of people who buy make a profit. Either they will lie to you or they will deflect the question or say they don't know. (They could know - they just don't want to know.) My guess is that it is well under 1% of those who sign up who make money.

Look around online. You will see a LOT of evidence that A) People aren't making money, B) they won't give you a refund.

Here's how they work:
They get your name as a lead from somewhere indicating that you want to own a business or make money from home. They have several reseller companies some of which as far as I can tell are Ultimage Business Solutions, AIG Promotions, Edgemont Productions, etc. I couldn't figure out for sure how they all fit together but you can know you are part of this same scam if you hear any of those names. Unfortunately, eventually they will change their names to something else because of all of the bad press.

The bottom line is that their REAL business is not selling merchant accounts, their real business is selling their SCAM to you.

Other things of interest:
Bank Card Empire currently has an Unsatisfactory report with the Better Business Bureau and has 76 complaints! That is a lot of complaints for a small company! According to the BBB the business owners of the company are:
Mr. Michael Malkin, Secretary / Treasurer
Ms. Danielle Ashrafi, Director / VP of Agent Relations
Mr. David Mersky, President
Mr. David Weaver, Vice President

They currently have 2 lawsuits pending - 1 in MI and 1 in AZ filed against them - both for fraud. (From what I can tell the principle owners seem to live in MI but the company is based in AZ - there is also some indication that they are based in Houston, TX).

Look around on the web - there are lots of other sites with complaints about them other than just [redacted].

So if you haven't bought yet - DON'T. Hopefully you are one of those wise enough to do a little research and realize this is a really bad idea.

#2 If you have been taken in, what can you do to fight them?

So let's say you have bought and realize that you made a big mistake. Whatever you do don't just be intimidated and walk away. That is what they are counting on you doing! They call it breakage and make a lot of their money because people are just passive and scared and don't do anything when they get ripped off. You need to do something. If not for yourself, then for the thousands and thousands of other people who they are ripping off. (I got involved with investigating them because they ripped off my neighbor who is mentally disabled and living in poverty and still they won't refund her.)

Here are things that generally work and don't work:

Do's

1) File a chargeback through your credit card or credit cards that you purchased with. This is the #1 most important thing to do. First it means you might get your money back. Second, it HURTS THEM. You see the bank that provides their merchant account watches to see how high of a risk they are. The more chargebacks they get (whether you win the chargeback or not) the higher risk the bank considers them. If they get enough chargebacks, eventually the bank will freeze their money, stop doing business with them and possibly even puts them on something called the TMF making it almost impossible for them to get a merchant account anywhere. The bank will take a reserve out on them depending on how many chargebacks they get - hurting their cashflow and ability to scam more people. Also if they get more than 100 chargebacks in a month they get on the watch list with Visa & Mastercard - something VERY expensive for them. If you have Discover make sure that Discover knows what they are all about and they will probably eventually take away their Discover account completely - Discover is aggressively avoiding merchanting these type of companies.

By chargeback I mean call your bank that you have your credit card through and ask to chargeback (get your money back) - have them use the reason code not as described because they promised you income you didn't receive. Or if they charged you more money than they told you they would, charge back using the fraud reason code. (Mostly explain to the person at the bank the details of how you were ripped off and they will help you out. If one rep isn't helpful try another until you find one that is sympathetic to you.)

2) If they fight your chargeback and win, chargeback again! This is super important. First, you have a better chance to win the 2nd chargeback than the 1st. Second, it counts against them twice! So their bank looks at them as being twice the risk - if they got you for $5, 000 and you chargeback twice the bank looks at it as $10, 000 in chargebacks so you get to do double the damage! Eventually they will have to stop fighting chargebacks because if they don't they will lose their merchant account.

3) File a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection division. The Attorney General's office is the one legal entity that can get to these guys - they have the ability to fine them, shut them down, and even put them in jail. It's their job. You can search online and find the website and file a complaint right online. Be sure to have as much evidence as possible of fraud. What is most important is to provide as much documentation as possible as to how they Misrepresented what they sold you - things like they told you that you would make money in a certain time-frame and then you didn't. In any case, file the complaint. The attorney general's office will pay attention to the volume of complaints - the more complaints they get the more aggressively they will go after them.

4) File a complaint with the Attorney General's Office / Consumer Protection Agency in your state. Most states won't do much but some states have very strict telemarketing laws that they will go after them for. If you live in Kansas definitely file with your state, because they probably aren't in compliance with the 7 day written right to refund.

5) File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This makes their count of complaints go up at the BBB. It also takes them hours to respond to the complaint. Once the complaint is closed with the BBB (the BBB won't actually do anything) refile the complaint with more information. Once that closes refile again and again until the BBB won't refile it. Each time you do this, they have to spend a bunch of time responding to it and the BBB complaint count goes up.

6) Post on places like [redacted] and other similar websites on the Internet. Be heard and tell your story. You may provide evidence for lawsuits - you will definitely hurt their reputation causing other people to not buy from them and to get their money back.

7) Be persistent on the phone with them. Every time you call in and argue with them about a refund you are costing them money. Don't give up. They have everything to lose. Not everyone at their company is dishonest, perhaps we can convince some of them to go find a job working for an honest company. You have nothing to lose - they already have your money.

8) Be creative. There are probably a lot of other things you can do that are perfectly honest and legitimate that will cost them money to keep your money that they should be returning to you.

Things that aren't all that effective.

1) Going to a lawyer or threatening them with a lawyer (unless you have a brother or uncle that will do it for free.) Let's face it - you probably don't have a spare $20, 000 for the first round of taking them to court.

2) Going to the FBI, FCC or FTC. It's not what they do.

I got a call from them trying to get me to sign up as an affiliate. After inquiring about start-up costs, the account executive told me that perhaps I would like to start making money right away so he would be asking me for my credit card number to cover the startup fee. I refused to do so, remembering hearing somewhere that you should not give out your credit card number by phone unless you initiated the call. He then gave me the URL of the company website because I did not want to commit right away and then had me let him know when he should call me back. I said next week, so I could research the company over the weekend. After reading about your experience, I am going to tell the account executive that I decided the business is not for me when he calls back.

Bankcard Empire rip off

I signed up with bankcard empire last month and i received the training package and it looked righteous I paid $150.00 for this business that was the first phone call I was really excited. Then the second call came the director was asking for $2500.00 hundred I was taken aback I really get upset when you sign up for a business they get you for the initial sign up fee then they hit you for that large mentor amount it just sickens me.

I gave my so called director the riot act about why should I pay him that money when there's no guarantee that I was going to make money only on his word. huh he tried so hard to convince me I wasn't so convinced after that he got mad and hung up lol.

I called customer service to request my money back they won't give it back saying I can work the program without a mentor yeah right I won't put my good name on anything for this company of scam artist they take your money and run. The initial fee is a substantial amount when you not working but when the come back at you with that big chunk forget it. 'if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck' then its a duck.

Theses people are such shallow little people who will get theirs in the end. It is such said world were living in today when people have to be ripping their neighbors off without any regard or conscious. Although I'm still hopeful about finding a home base business but to no avail.

I initially paid to be an agent representing them to businesses. It was $500.00 to join. I was to get them business referrels, so they

would rent credit card processors to them. After being veified, they were allowedto get money based on past business. The small business could remodel, take a trip, whatever thay wanted to use the money for. I am handicapped at home 24/7 it has not been a secret. When I call to get my money returned, they refuse. I sure need it more than they do!@

Are you talking about Merchant Referral Solutions? My husband got scammed by these people a couple weeks ago. They are based in Phoenix, and according to the local BBB, they have only been in business since 9/2/09. However, when you ask how long they've been in business, they claim "7 years." How interesting, yet not surprising, to discover that they seem "new" but are just an old scammer putting on a new name. The addresses we were given for them are UPS/mailbox buildings (I Google-earthed them). They ripped us off for $219, allegedly for a "training" packet (which was just a further extension of their initial sales pitch) and when my husband, finally realizing it was a scam, canceled his credit card, he was told that another $4, 000 had been attempted, and another $999 went through AFTER he canceled the card (so our credit card company is going to have to eat that one). When he told the rep at Merchant Referral Solutions that he had changed his mind, they said "no refund, " despite that it was well within the legal "3-day cooling off period" and that he had at no time authorized them to steal our money! We have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Arizona Attorney General's office, the US Postal Service (because they used the mail), the Consumer Fraud hotline and the Federal Trade Commission. My goal is that no one else gets ripped off by these people.

Oh, and if any of you Merchant Referral Solutions/Bankcard Empire scam artists are reading this (Wayne Morris, Brian Soper, etc): Of the last five people that pissed me off to this extent, one is dead (his funeral was on my birthday), one buried a son, one buried a wife and currently has cancer, and two of them were fired in disgrace and brought up on criminal charges. Karma has a way of being very kind to me. Hope you can sleep tonight.

Update---- 3months later... no sales from my web site, many calls from sales people trying to sell me marketing packages. No sales. Passed out the cards... no sales. Seemed like the only way to get an account credit was to by my own merchant account from authorize net... not going to do that... So canceled by bank account and will ignore sales calls.

I got a call from a BCE agent 8/10/09 who did his spill on the business & how much I could make. The start up cost started at $295 & went down to $150 after I told him I couldn't afford the initial cost. It gets better, I get a call a wk later from a coach who told me how the business worked. That was all good till he started asking questions about my credit line on all my credit cards. After that he told me that because of my good credit he highly recommended that I use one or more of my credit cards for the amount of $10, 000-$25, 000 for leads so I can make a reasonable amount of residual income. When I started asking more questions & mentioned that I would have to think about it & talk to my partner he became a little agitated. He had the nerve to say, "well if you need your partner's permission to start your own business than you are wasting my time!" First of all, that was his biggest mistake because my money & credit is not his to tell me how I should spend my money! I am very aware of OPM (other people's money) when it comes to business, but to demand I start out between $10-$25 thousand is crazy especially when he said that I should not expect to make any money between 6-9 mths. To top that off, he added that if it doesn't work out for me within a yr after spending that small amount I can just do bankruptcy! Why the hell would I even consider that if he just spent 1/2hr explaining to me how good BCEs reputation is. I have a home based business & I have not spent that much to make a comfortable income. I have never spent anything over $500 for a substantial amount of leads, but to ask someone to spend a huge amount which is not guaranteed is just blatantly crazy! I get it, it's just OPM, but someone has to pay that back & I don't want to have that as a blemish on my credit report when I'm applying for a legitimate cause! Is this a SCAM or is the agent just a little too greedy! Hmmmmmm

this has nothing to do with the product or service they're offering, i think its a very legit and smart business plan 2 be apart of. but the manager at the office located on osborn n central is a pervert! he's very rude and made sexual remarks 2 me because i chose 2 terminate my contract with them. my whole reason 4 quiting is because he made me feel very uncomfortable. and the part that gets me the most is that i loved the job and my co-workers. the office managers, and the senior accountants he made the remarks to, are very unprofessional and i wouldnt ever recommend the job to any one who is well endowed in any area of their body!

Dear Mr. Ray Petty,

Have Bankcard Empire PROVE that there ANY credit card terminals out there being used by merchants. That's a secret, I was told. I've worked with banks and credit card merchants before. They are more than happy to share customer testimonials.

Let's get to some FACTS. Since you want to help everyone understand how wonderful Bankcard Empire is, help me with these issues:

I was told I was being charged for a LIFETIME LICENSE that was necessary for me to be an agent. I received an invoice that showed my fee was for a TRAINING PACK - of which there is not one shred of training in. The DVD is nothing but a tour of the office. Show me ONE thing in that DVD that can help me with my business. And where is my LICENSE?

On Friday, a "Marketing Manager" called to pitch me on a $20, 000 marketing campaign. He told me it was going to be done with "the search engines". I asked what they were going to do. He told me, "If I knew that I'd be rich."

He wanted $10, 000 up front for something he would not explain to me. ? He then told me that Google would do all the work and that Bankcard Empire owned two powerful search engines - www.Searchthewolf.com and www.Iwebcrawl.com - both are ordinary websites with AFFILIATE MARKETING ADS on them and a GOOGLE SEARCH WIDGET. So, let me get this straight... If Google doesn't work, your marketing department is going to use a retail website and a Google search box to get me business? How does that work?

Are you going to send me a liable letter for what your rep told me?

Send me a liable letter. I'll wipe my A$$ with it. Let's go to court and see who wins.

I have a website for you: www.IC3.gov - FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center

Any IDIOT can look at those two websites your rep gave me and see that they are just SALES SITES with a SEARCH BOX. I sold advertising for 9 years. I gave my clients DETAILS. Radio and TV stations required AFFIDAVITS for campaigns. Your lackey couldn't explain one thing about the $10, 000 campaign. He did promise that I'd get thousands and thousands of leads.

If he can produce thousands and thousands of leads with your secret marketing strategies, how come your YouTube videos only have 200-700 hits on them? The one with 655 views has been there 10 MONTHS.

Why is it that if you type in HBOMedia.com in Google, you get a link to a page of CODE? There is nothing there. The only way you can get to HBOMedia.com is through the link on the affiliate replicated site.

Dave Weaver is in one of your videos as owner of Bankcard Empire. Dave Weaver is listed in WHOIS.net as the owner of HBOMedia.com. I called HBOMedia.com a month ago and the guy said he had no record of Bankcard Empire. Then he gave me an email address to file a complaint: abuse@secureserver.net - it goes NOWHERE.

Since you like to write long-winded statements, take all the time you want on this question...

Your rep said that if I get a lead from my affiliate website that one of your field agents would be out to close the deal in 2-3 days. If I ran my own advertising campaign on the Internet and I got leads in Minnesota, Oregon and Florida, are you going to fly reps to all of those areas to close my deals? How does that work? Is that cost-effective for you? How many sales reps do you have at Bankcard Empire to close deals? It seems extremely expensive to be buying plane tickets on 24-hour notice to fly out and close deals. You might want to talk to an accountant about that.

Your rep that sold me also told me that the reason Bankcard Empire needed people like me was so that Bankcard Empire didn't need to open a field office to satisfy bank merchant regulations. He said the regulations required an office within several hundred miles of where the terminal was to be placed with the merchant. Well that's great. But how does all that work if I get a lead in Maine? Do you need to find an affiliate within that magic radius to meet bank merchant regulations? Flying all those field reps all over the country to close deals for your affiliates/agents must be a logistical nightmare for Bankcard Empire. Maybe you can find a good travel agent on www.Searchthewolf.com or www.Iwebcrawl.com - there are lots of ads there. You might even get a deal on some new clothes. But you have to hurry because I hear that those sites are going to start producing leads for Bankcard Empire agents and they might be busy.

Oh Ray... I hope you give me a long reply about the wonders of Bankcard Empire. Make sure you use the full name of the company - Bankcard Empire because that maximizes SEO on the post. You're greatly outnumbered here. You can't shout down people with complaints by posting the same stuff over and over and over. We heard you the first time. It didn't make sense then. It didn't improve the second or third time.

How come Bankcard Empire (More SEO) does not produce an Agent Newsletter or have any support on your site or anywhere else for agent resources? Wouldn't it be great if you had a newsletter that showed the top affiliates/agents in the country? That would make your job so much easier. You wouldn't have to go around to all these sites rebutting complaints or posting fabrications on free PR sites and free eZine sites. You could actually show us real people making real money. As anonymous as we are, so are the people that rave about Bankcard Empire and how Bankcard Empire (wow-two keywords in ONE sentence) works so well. There aren't any stories that even elude to the types of merchants who are getting these great terminals from Bankcard Empire. No stories like, "A florist in Seattle is a thrilled customer of Bankcard Empire." We'll respect Bankcard Empires in-house rules of complete secrecy and privacy about the 86, 000 merchants who are using your terminals. Just give us a bone, Ray. Tell us ONE happy story out of 86, 000 satisfied customers.

Another marketing tip, since no one at your company seems to know anything about marketing, is to have the people who say they work for you be less abusive in their replies. An old adage I learned in forums is that if you have to reduce yourself to calling the other person names or attacking them personally, you've already lost the argument.

And why do you give us your phone number? What can you do for any of us? Nearly 100% of the people complaining seem to want their money back, but no one has ever said they've received a refund. So what good would the phone number do? And if we work the business, how many deals can we get? If we all started working the business the way your shills tell us to, then you'd have sales reps flying from city to city all day and night. Right? Just to close deals for us. Sure you would.

Hey, did I get this right or not? Please correct me if I'm wrong. In the video on YouTube that shows Dave Weaver, owner of Bankcard Empire, giving the check to the lady at the Arizona Humane Society for $4, 500. Who did you give the other $4, 500 to? And I thought I heard Dave say that everyone at the restaurant pitched in. Dave owns a sports bar in Phoenix, right? Are you guys selling food at Bankcard Empire? Where did the money really come from, Bankcard Empire or the sports bar?

In closing... in the post above you are going after Mr. Henri and you stated, "he has produced nothing to date to prove these allegations to Bankcard Empire." Well, Bankcard Empire has produced nothing to date to show that there are any credit card merchants using credit card processing terminals provided by Bankcard Empire. You have not produced ONE affiliate/agent to use as a resource or share with us facts and details about how they made their fortune with Bankcard Empire. The coaches and marketing reps who have called me have not been able to produce details about the expensive marketing campaigns. They couldn't even explain how they were going to do it.

It seems that none of these people complaining received any tracking reports or numeric summaries of the marketing campaign they paid for. Do you offer monthly statements to agents?

Is there a hit counter on the affiliate website? I don't know. You've been charging me for it for months and I've never received my log in, even though there is a link to Register on my affiliate page.

Why don't you produce ONE agent who said they had a beef with you and you guys actually gave them their money back. Just ONE. Big, honest companies do it all the time.

Since your marketing guys like to share shopping website with us and charge us for their use, I'm going to trump you, Ray. I'm going to offer FREE websites:

FBI: http://www.IC3.gov

Arizona Attorney General: http://www.azag.gov/AllComplaints.html

Better Business Bureau: http://www.bbb.org/

Maybe the car business will pick up Ray and you can go back to doing auto dealer spots.

I just signed up. 7-13-09. I'll give it a college try. I'm already selling web hosting so I already have my leads and I see this as a great add on sale to web hosting clients that want to be able to accept credit cards to sell online and in person. If the equipment works and the service is competitive with other merchant processing services then it seems to be all up to me to open my mouth and offer the service. If I fail to sell the equipment then it will be my fault and not the company's fault. I understand the costs involved in hosting a self-replicating web site system and maintaining the database systems as I am a web applications programmer and know that systems that work cost money to maintain properly. So 199 bucks to get the account set up and 19.95 to maintain it is cheep compared to hiring a dedicated programmer to write and maintain a system like this.
You don't even really need the web site..my sales rep said I could just call in the orders to the company and I just had to give my id number. The web site is just a sales and commission tracking tool for you... Just keep track of it your self on a spread sheet as you sell your systems. No effort = no success... Sales is a numbers game. If you contact 100 businesses and ask them to buy you may get a sale... ask 0 businesses to buy and you will get 0 sales. don't be afraid of a no... it just means your closer to a yes. consistent persistence with a focused plan. Make a plan to contact all the businesses in a zip code and after you have contacted all of them you will know your potential success rate for expanding to other zip codes. Do it in blocks of 100 calls. After each 100 calls if you did not get a positive response then try modifying your pitch and writing it down. Practice the pitch before you start calling. Keep a written call log with the contact info so you can go back and review your results. You are simply asking for an appointment time to have the sales team call them and give them the facts and handle the close of the sale. If your not willing to make this small effort then self employment and sales is not a field you should explore anymore. Open mouth=open business.
