Banggood Ulefone Armor 23 mobile phone

We received this phone in July 2024 with functions that did not work from new out of the box.
The missing functionality was supported immediately, a ticket was started and we have been getting run around like. “ we are negotiating with the supplier “, and other nonsense since reporting the phone not working.
The cameras, gyro, flashlight all do not work ! How is this a negotiation?
We don’t require refund, we have asked for the phone to be replaced and to give us an address to send the defective one back to and still nothing ! ! ! , Just. “ Thank you for your patience, we will do what is good and best for the customer….”

Banggood Item not received

Ordered 28th February and was not sent. I have sent many emails trying to resolve this. I was advised I am entitled to a refund if not received by 29th March as per terms and conditions. They still won't refund my money and have been telling me for over a month they are trying to contact the supplier. They do not honour their terms and conditions. Scam! Do not buy from this company.

Banggood Damaged electric bicycle banggood sended motor they just promised to pay back the service cost..

I have a problem with the order [protected] I got it and then after 3 days the motor stopped working.. Just to be sure I went to the mechanics he said it is deffenetly a problem with a motor. I spent 30 euros for the mechanics opinion. I cannot use my bike its arrived with damaged motor..

After dispute banggoog sended me a motor without a house and with shorter cable which is reduced the service cost. I payed 36000 huf.

Banggood promised me to pay back partly the service cost 18000 huf and I have a screensot about that.

Now they are ignoring my question about the payment and they are not planning to pay back the amount.

Banggood Order no 113157582 ELEGOO® Neptune 4 MAX FDM 3D Printer.

I ordered a 3d printer on Nov. 11, 2023 at 02:38:36 and paid using paypal. The payment was acccecpted Nov. 25, 2023 at 02:38:36.The printer was in stock and expected shipping Nov. 27, 2023 with 5 days delivery should've arrived before St. Nicholas as a gift for my child. Since the purchase, the status showed "Order Processing". I contacted banggood on Nov. 29, 2023 at 07:34:04 via chat and I was assured this way "Please do not worry our team try its best to resolve this issue soon." "... soon" on Nov. 29, 2023 status was still unchanged. So again I've contacted at 07:28:35 via chat and received "I would like to inform you that your order is processing and the expected shipping date is 2023-11-30." and "Please do not worry our team is trying its best to resolve this issue soon.". Nov. 30, 2023 at 19:40 order status has changed to "Our warehouse has started packing your items." so I asked in chat "How can you pack a package that is already packed by the manufacturer?" and received the answer "We have to check the order status with the warehouse team so, we have already shared your order details with the warehouse team to check, they will check and email you in 24 working hours with the order details." Guess what? Today Dec. 3, 2023 20:07 CET and my order status is still showing "Our warehouse has started packing your items."

I hope someone from banggood is reading this and will do something about it because no amount of money will explain to my child that on this St. Nicholas day everyone got gifts and its unknown when his will arrive.

BTW, to all buyers: before you buy something from banggood think twice and pay a little more or less elsewhere.

Banggood Tablet BMAX MAXPAD i 11 FAILURE UNDER WARRANTY

I purchased the Bmax tablet i11 before 9 months i receive it 16/12/2022.

Tablet stopped to power on suddenly, it appears only a bold line at the top of the screen for 20'' and then has only screen backlight.

I contacted the customer service of Banggood at 4/10/2023 but the answer after many reminders is that the supplier does not answer for my issue.

Banggood Delivery

I'm writing from Sweden. I ordered a drift car, a battery, and 4 wheels. I received wheels but the package returned because of a Postnord delivery problem. Banggood refunded my money. Then I ordered the same products again in July 20. The estimated delivery date was 14 August and 2 Sept. I noticed that the package was in Germany and said "It is waiting to be picked up by the local post". But it has stucked in Germany. When I contacted customer service, they said that they had refunded the order. And couldn't give me any clear reason why they couldn't deliver the packet. By the way, I received another 4 wheels of the drift car. Just now I had 8 wheels without the drift car. The customer service offered me 200 points for the compensation.

My first time shopping via Banggood was terrible.

Banggood Delivery Time!!

My product was order (tracking number [protected]) was [protected]:36:11. It will arrive 2023-06-13 ~ 2023-06-26. It is by far the worst delivery time I've experience from an online supplier. I cannot cancel, because I have been much in need of the product. In all fareness, I deserve some kind of compensation. I'd rather not make an online complaint about Banggod customer service.

Hi, I ordered a MicSig automotive oscilloscope and was promised, THREE times by your customer service person, that the item would not be dispatched until I contacted you. It however got shipped and I am unable to find anyone to take the delivery.

I am currently recovering from illness and really don't want this stress right now as I have therapy to contend with. I really don't know what to do, I live on my own.

I am really disappointed that I confirmed with you, THREE times, twice before and once again after ordering that delivery would be delayed and it didn't happen. I really have been put off using you in future. Hoping you can look into this for me because all I can do is put it out of mind for now and concentrate on my therapy.

Thank you for listening, really hoping you can assist, I would have never placed the order knowing you would dispatch so quick.

Banggood Banggood Review: Terrible Product Quality and Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs!

Yo, I gotta say something about this Banggood situation. So I copped a scooter from them and it was janky as hell. It broke down straight out the gate and needed a new accelerometer. Not even two minutes after fixing that mess, the thing just wouldn't even turn on. So I hit up their customer service...and let me tell you, it was a whole vibe. They were taking FOREVER to respond. After waiting for months (I'm serious), I said screw it and just ended up buying the replacement piece myself. So I thought we were in the clear right? Nah fam, the scooter just decided to stop working completely. It took another handful of months to finally figure out that the alarm system inside was actually causing all the problems. So now it's been 5 months total of the scooter just being completely useless and I still haven't heard back from the company. I even tried to get a refund but it's like they don't even care. Straight up, I'm done with Banggood. I ain't tryna deal with their trash products and even worse customer service. Like, I ain't trying to get banged for good by these clowns.

Banggood Avoid Banggood.com: A Nightmare Shopping Experience with Terrible Customer Service

If you happen to stumble upon banggood.com, my suggestion would be to keep scrolling. My experience with this website has been nothing short of a nightmare, so much so that I would advise others to steer clear of it.

I decided to order an electric scooter from this website, as it was environmentally friendly and perfect for my short commute to work. However, my happiness was short-lived, as the scooter stopped working just after four days of usage. I contacted their customer support team, hoping for a solution, but to no avail. It has been over two months, and I am still waiting for them to resolve this issue.

The frustrating part is that I have been in touch with their customer support team, but they seem to be either clueless or unwilling to solve my problem. The worst part is that the product cost me around 600?!, which is a lot of money for something that doesn't even work.

The banggood.com website looks like a carbon copy of aliexpress.com, which is a website I have frequently shopped from. Even if there are some problems, aliexpress.com's customer support team is always available to help their customers out. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for banggood.com.

I left a one-star review for the product on their website, but they did not upload it. It's their website, and they can do what they like, I suppose. But honestly, what kind of world are we living in, where companies can hide negative reviews and mislead their customers?

In conclusion, I would recommend avoiding banggood.com altogether. Their customer service is non-existent, and their products are shoddy and overpriced. Spend your money elsewhere, and have a hassle-free shopping experience.

Banggood Buyer Beware: My Negative Experience with Banggood and PayPal Buyer Protection

I recently had a terrible experience with Banggood, the online store that sells a variety of products. To be precise, I placed an order with the website, but later had to cancel it. This cancellation was confirmed by the Banggood team, however, to my surprise, the goods were still shipped to me days later. This would have been acceptable if not for the fact that the payment for the goods was withheld, despite there never being a legitimate purchase agreement.

Unfortunately, when I brought up this issue with Paypal's buyer protection team, I was met with a lack of responsibility and the support team only succeeded in delaying the resolution process for two and a half weeks. It was an incredibly frustrating experience as the goods sent to me presented a serious risk to human life - namely, a lithium-ion battery that contained more than 100 watt hours. To make matters worse, the battery was not marked as a dangerous good, despite the hazardous nature of the product.

When I finally received the parcel, I discovered that the battery was not as described on the website. This was my second and last order with the phony shop as it became clear to me that Banggood is nothing but a band of scammers. I would caution anyone tempted to buy from the website to not be fooled by any guarantee promises or the pretense that the support team will help you if you encounter problems - it's all simply a lie.

In conclusion, I was left feeling incredibly disappointed with my experience with Banggood. I have decided to warn others of the risks of buying from the website and implore anyone tempted to do so in the future to be exceedingly careful. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Banggood Mixed Experience with Banggood: Free Shipping Issues and Hidden Charges

Yo, so I gotta say my experience with Banggood.com was kinda mixed. Like, they advertised this free shipping thing, but when I tried to check out it wasn't an option. I was like, "WTF?" and had to reach out to customer service. But they couldn't do anything about it initially, which was super annoying. They later told me it was some kinda address issue, even though I tried both physical address and PO Box.

The next day, I gave it another shot and miraculously, the free shipping option was available. But I didn't get any notification from customer service or anything. And get this, when I tried to check out again, the express shipping option was selected by default! They were really trying to squeeze some more cash out of me. Luckily, free shipping was at least listed as an option, so I was able to change it and place my order.

Honestly, this isn't the first time I've had issues with Banggood not honouring their free shipping or promotional discounts when ordering from Australia. Seems like there's some kinda delay or lack of synchronisation between the AU direct site and their main site, which is frustrating as hell. And it's not just the website, I've had the same problems with their app too.

All in all, I can't say I had a completely seamless experience with Banggood. But if you're willing to put up with some glitches and annoyances, you might still be able to snag a good deal. Just keep your eyes peeled and be ready to reach out to customer service if something goes awry.

Banggood False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Banggood Experience

I had high hopes for Banggood, as I've read many good things about them. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. Not only was the item I purchased more expensive than advertised, but the customer service was also lacking.

At first, I thought I had gotten a good deal. The item cost 29, but with a 10% discount code, I got it for 26.40. I was satisfied with the final price and proceeded to pay for it. However, when I received the confirmation email, I was shocked to see that I was charged 37.04! This was not the price I saw on their website.

I immediately contacted their customer service and asked for a full refund. I even provided screenshots of the rates I saw before paying. But to my dismay, they ignored my request. All they offered me was 500 points, which I have no use for.

It's frustrating to be charged more than what was advertised. If the discount was based on the original price, it should have been clear on their website before I made the purchase. I feel like I've been deceived, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. False advertising is never a good practice, and it's disappointing to see it happening here.

Overall, I would advise everyone to be careful when purchasing from Banggood. Their prices may not be as good as they seem, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. While I can't speak for every experience, mine was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Banggood Disappointing Experience with Banggood's Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket

I was trying to find a "Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket" in my country but to no avail. So, I decided to purchase it from banggood.com. However, upon checkout, I was informed that the goods were not yet available and that they were still waiting for them from the factory. I waited for a few months and finally, they informed me that the product had been shipped. Although the product eventually arrived, I was disappointed to find out that the remote controller was not configured in any way. I even referred to the leaf manual in English, but it was of no use as the remote still refused to work. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the model and its manual in the I?, or even a simple and quick way of providing feedback on their site. I did notice the chat, mail, and messenger icons on their site, but they were inactive. It's a total bummer that they don't offer a decent feedback system that could be used easily and quickly by busy people like myself.

In all honesty, I found their customer service to be quite frivolous and not up to par with their competitors. It was so bad that I had no choice but to block them from my first interaction with them and promised to never deal with their annoying daily advertising since registration. It's such a waste of time, I tell you.

Eventually, I bought a similar "Remote Socket" in Moscow which was elementally configured and worked like magic.

Banggood Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service: My Terrible Experience with Banggood

Banggood is a store that I just recently had an awful experience with. I have made many orders from their Europe warehouse, putting my trust in their delivery system to get my ordered products to me on time. However, my trust was broken when I realized that they don't value their customers as much as they claim to. My orders took an average of two weeks to be shipped out, and their customer support had only one response to give me when I complained – wait 48 hours for an email update. But I never received the emails, I had to write to them again and again and got the same response every time. I had to wait long, frustrating hours before my orders were shipped.

When I finally received one of my orders, a chair, I was dismayed to see that the box was entirely damaged, and the gaming chair had seven holes in the leather. I filed a complaint in the Banggood page and waited for two long weeks for them to reply, and when they finally did, it was a measly offer of 800points; a complete joke! They even started to ignore my complaint and offer no solution in-site. Frustrated, I eventually decided to open a case in the bank and had to suffer the painful process of filing a chargeback. For me, it's a clear indication that I will not be buying from Banggood again because they have zero respect for their customers.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered that they remove negative feedback in their review section. They don't even approve of constructive criticism and only publish reviews that have 4-5 stars. I personally didn't appreciate this because I want a balanced review system where I can read both positive and negative feedback. I don't trust their review section anymore after learning that they have been selective in publishing their reviews.

Another problem that I had with Banggood was their customer support and communication. Their customer service reps seem untrained, and they lie frequently, saying that they can't ship orders for three weeks and then canceling my order without providing me with any valid reason for doing so.

The whole experience was terrible, and it is heartbreaking for me as a frequent online shopper to lose trust in a store that I used to depend on. Banggood needs to up their customer service game, improve their communication skills, value their customers, and provide transparency in their publishing of reviews. They should have a flaw-free system cause I am not alone with this experience.

Banggood My Disappointing Experience with Banggood: A Review of Their Customer Service

So, the deal with Banggood... where do I even start? Well, let's just say it's been an experience. I made an order for some tape, nothing fancy, just something I needed for a project I was working on. They got my order wrong, sending me four tapes that were the wrong model. It wasn't a big deal, you know what I mean? I mean, mistakes happen. It's easy to fix, right? But what did they do when I asked them to fix it? Oh boy, here we go.

First of all, they took four whole days to even respond to me! And when they did respond, it was a canned response asking me to send them pictures! Like, come on guys, seriously? This kind of thing is so common with these Chinese companies. They're so incredibly polite, but they make things so difficult for you that eventually, you just give up. It's like they're trying to wear you down or something.

I sent them a really professional message with all the pertinent information, including the differing model numbers, and yet they still had the gall to even consider inconveniencing me even further with these outrageous requests. It's incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, of which they've already wasted too much. When I told them this, they just ignored me. Like, can you believe that? They just ignored me!

So what did I do? Well, I started a PayPal case for the whopping $14.24. What a waste of time and effort, seriously. I mean, it's not even about the money at this point, you know what I mean? It's about the principle of the thing. I will not be buying from Banggood again, that's for sure.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Banggood to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable online store, you're better off looking somewhere else. Honestly, the whole thing was just a huge hassle and I really don't want to deal with it again.

Banggood Disappointing Customer Service from Banggood.com: SJ RC F11S Drone Review

So, I bought this drone from banggood.com - it's an SJ rc f11s. The price was fair and delivery didn't take too long. I plugged in all the batteries including the remote controller, took it out and had a great time with it. It was operating without any problems; I was happy. However, when I was about to put everything away, the remote controller kept turning on by itself, which caused the battery to get drained. I tried to recharge it several times, but the same thing kept happening over and over again. I got frustrated with it and decided to contact banggood.com for assistance. However, their customer support asked me to take a video of the issue and upload it on Facebook or YouTube so they could review it. I didn't want to do that and so I took a picture of the remote controller while it was turning on, but they didn't accept my evidence. It was useless to try to get a new controller from them as they wouldn't stand by their products, so I went ahead and ordered a used one online for $50. Honestly, I'm very unhappy with the service I received; banggood.com just doesn't deserve even one star. I swear I'll never buy from them again and will opt for another online store instead.

Banggood Teclast T40 pro defective after 10 months - warranty sluggish to none!!!

Teclast T40 pro after 10 months the touch display is defective. Banggood offers 100 € compensation for a tablet that cost 200 € and is now offered for 243 € in the store. Furthermore, Banggood only wants to accept 12 months warranty. Teclast advertises 24 months.

Continue with Teclast:

Has a branch in Slovakia. No one answers the phone there. No callback. The chatbot is not busy. The recommendation is the contact form (->answer in max. 2 days). After four weeks, no one has answered yet.

That's not bad service, that's no service at all. Teclast's (non-)behavior of not keeping the warranty promises goes in the direction of fraud for me.

Banggood BlitzWolf BW-CMM2 20 bar coffee machine

I purchased this coffee machine in 2022-03-07, order, [protected], and the customer service never replied to any of my question, always asking for more details in each reply instead of answering. I did ask how to descale the machine, because following the manual the outcome was not as described and the lights continue to blink as if the routine did fail. Despite the exchange of messages in September, Banggood never send me the instructions or give me the address of the plant where machines are made.

Last week, the machine starts to take much more time to make coffee. Usually 2 cups could take 22 seconds and one day 45 seconds was required. I did ask how to factory reset the machine and Banggood, again, didn't reply to my question. One day they ask for a shipping order, and the order is in my file, where I pick the number in this message, other the SKU number from the original bag, something I don't have after many months, and then a video with the problem, when I only ask information.

This is a pattern, Banggood never reply to any question, I did ask questions about other products and never got any information, and each day they ask for more useless data. If they know what is the equipment and when it was purchase, why the SKU or a video of a machine is required to supply common universal instructions? Obviously, they do it so the customer give up and stop complaining or purchase another equipment.

This is a lousy service, breach all support and warranty regulations and don't follow EU laws.

Desired outcome: I want the informations I required. Both how to descale the machine and how to factory reset it.
