I signed up for their wellness plan for my kitten and every visit they found a issue with my kitten and finally after finding a barely audible grade 2 heart mummer., my friend advised me to get a second opinion so I went to banfield upland and the doctor said he barely heard a murmer and it would be no issue to do the neutering. He just wanted to run a few test that cost 1.092.00. Of course, the test came back abnormal but I cannot get a hold of the doctor or the hospital to tell me what is wrong. My cat is healthy and eats and has not problems. I paid into the wellness program so if they will not neuter my cat and the of neutering cost is included in the plan, will I get my money back. Very upset with this place. Would never recommend them to anyone!
Recommendation: WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I am currently having the same issue with Banfield Parma, Ohio with my premium wellness puppy plan which includes the neuter but they will not fulfill their contract nor issue credit for the difference between the plan w/o the neuter and tell me if I am not happy with their service I could go to another vet, but yet I have three more payments to make, and my dog still needs one more set of shots that he's not getting if I don't go back and I don't want go back because I don't trust they are even giving him shots because they take the dog in the back room where you can't see anything because they said the space is so small where they initially take you but when they come back with your dog after supposedly giving exam & shots, there's three of us plus the dog in the same room they claim is too small to give the shot & exam in!
