Trust me they do not resolve customer complaints for weeks after week, you will realize 2 to 3 months are passed and you wasted a lot of time in email and phone call with them. You will be left with only choice of submitting complaints to IRDA with all proofs, if you have collected that. And you can review them bad, whereever possible. Remember one thing, there is no reimbursement possible for your bad experience, time, money and effort you have wasted. SO BEST THING IS TO NEVER, NEVER BUY POLICIES OR PLANS FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE, BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS AND NEVER TALK TO THEM. IF YOU HAVE INVESTMENTS WITH THEM, HONEST ADVICE I GIVE YOU IS TO EXIT WITH THEM DELIBERATELY BEFORE THEY ENCOURAGE AND FORCE YOU TO PUT YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY INTO NEW VENTURES.
Bajaj Allianz Life is a terrible company, everything you can expect from them is the worst things.
Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance has cheated me of Rs. 4,32,694/- by not paying me policy surrender value till today 12-Sep-2023. Policy bond document was taken by their manager, burgling into my home and he only forced for surrender, more than 6 weeks have passed, he took policy document. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance has cheated me of additional of Rs. 2,40,000/- by selling a new policy plan last month, August 2023, I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND I NOTIFIED THEM TO EXIT IT NOW, TODAY.
Total cheating value is Rs. 6,72,694/- and they are keeping my hard-earned money for past 6 weeks, free from all kind of charges. THIS IS EXAMPLE HOW BAD BUSINESSES IN INDIA CHEAT CUSTOMERS BY THEIR SALES PERSON TRICKS. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company by Tarun Chugh is extremely bad, I AM A TRAPPED CUSTOMER AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE TO ANYONE. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Desired outcome: I WANT MY OWN MONEY, TOTAL OF RS. 6,72,694/- THAT THEY HAVE KEPT FOR 6 WEEKS. REFUND MY OWN MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
