Badcock & More review: Aubry 5 piece dining set

I purchased this dining set from the Badcock store in Burlington, Nc. I had to pick it up from the warehouse distribution center in Mebane, NC. We just opened the box to put it together and found there were NO instructions anywhere in the box! The local store closed at 7, so I called the customer service number and told the lady that our box contained no instructions and could she email me some instructions. She said that most of their stuff does not come with instructions. I then asked her how did they expect people to put things together with no instructions? She then said "Will that be all?" Very dismissive. Very disrespectful. Very unprofessional and definitely NOT a good look for your company!I have spent a lot of money with your company within the last month and I feel that this is very unacceptable.
