My wife placed an ad for her business on Saturday November 25. When placing the ad, she accidentally submitted $700 instead of $70, like she normally does. She contacted her bank Saturday after she discovered her mistake, but they were unable to help her. She is now not seeing the $700 on her Backpage account and needs some help to reverse the charges. She places ads daily and is not seeing the correct credits at this time. Can you please email her at [protected]@icloud.com and help her with getting her situation resolved. Spanish is her primary language, so a Spanish speaking customer service rep. would be helpful.
